We have been going here for almost 30 years. We?ve always enjoyed the food and waitresses. Tonight we had our 11 yr old... granddaughter who requested we go here When we went to the door the girl said we have a 25 min wait. I looked around there weplenty of empty tables and no one waiting. She said I can put your name on the list and we will text when we can seat you. We?vehave people calling and putting their names on the list. I said okay, we?ll wait out in the lobby chairs. She said no, you haveto wait in your car. I went to our car and called the manager. She was very nice and apologized. She said that that?s what theyhave to do. After a couple of minutes, she said your the next call. Immediately I received a text telling me our table wasready. The whole time we were there they had 4-7 empty tables. As we paid our bill and started out, the same girl at the doortold a woman with 7 people all together, that they had a list and further more it was after 8:00 and they close at 9:00 andcouldn?t serve them. I hate to think the money they lost with this attitude , and practice. The lady left upset. Read more
Tried the wings for the first time today an they were amazing! The BBQ sauce an how they are done is just perfect!
Food is typically great, however, my family of 8 went at 7:30 the hostess said the wait would be 45 mins and that we might get... sat, but they close the kitchen at 8:45 which would mean we wouldn't get food service. If your hours are listed as 9 pm we won'tshow up 30 mins prior and expect exceptional service, but when you arrive 1 1/2 hours before close you'd expect to get sat withfood service. They even took our phone number down to let us know when our table would be ready but never called. We'll be backbut disappointed in this attempted visit. Read more
The food was bad, the service was really good. The coleslaw was old looking and bbq was trash. I wanted hand made Mac and... cheese. I don?t blame the servers or the hostess just the cooks. I feel like I paid too much for the low quality of the food.The onion rings cost $10. Smh The owner should honestly do something about the quality of the food and taste. Read more
My husband and I sat for 25 minutes at our table watching 4 different employees walk around us helping other tables, cleaning... tables, etc, and we were not once told we'd be helped soon or asked about our drink orders. We walked out and won't bereturning. Which is sad considering this was an old favorite of my husband's. I understand when things get busy, and I am apatient person. What fueled us leaving and never returning was that no one acknowledged our presence. Horrible customer service. Read more
Food is great. Customer service is bad. I shouldn?t have to call 18 times for takeout just for nobody to pick up the phone. I... understand being busy. That?s part of the gig. Learn how to manage it better. Don?t just let your phone ring and ring. Ignoringthe customers is the worst thing you can do. Read more
We come every Friday but sorry to say your host staff is killing you, the host is so rude, we came at 8:05 and the guy said he... wasn't seating anyone else I said your open until 9 aren't you, he said yes but there's 4 ahead of you we don't want to staylate, your open sign is ON..are you open or not? We love love your food but seriously close at 8 if your not seating people, wewent down the street to new Mexican place Jalapeños,,friendly, great food and we weren't made to feel we were a bother. I guessour new Friday place to eat since we can't get to wings before 8. Read more
Spent $70 for 50 of the smallest wings I've ever seen and 7 peices of celery. The wings were tiny, rubbery, and undercooked.... This place used to be my favorite but they are definitely giving up quality to maximize their profits. Do yourself a favor andget your wings somewhere else. Read more
