Didn't get the correct drink with my order.(order a soda, received tea) also ordered burgers only ketchup and mustard ,they... were plain. I was on lunch break , couldn't go back ( waited in drive thru line 15 minutes) tried to call (3 times) and noanswer. So. Go to burger King give em your money and you'll get what they want to give you... If you like to gamble burgerKing is the place for you. (Gambling is a fancy way of saying losing).. If I could do a negative I would! I was just in the line and ordered properly. I got to the window and was given my food. Then I... gave the cashier my credit card. Their machine went down and I was asked to wait for a couple of minutes. I waited and whilewaiting I gave my children some of the fries. The manager informed me that the machine was not working after trying my cardagain and basically asked me to return the food. I was sitting there looking like ?are you crazy?; since my children was in thecar I didn?t respond with my normal response or I was in shock at the fact that she was taking the food back to throw awayknowing that I ordered the food for my children. Yes, I just called corporate and reported the horrible customer service! I amtelling everyone of my friends and family members to stay away from this Fort Wayne Burger King and the one on Spy Run. Themanager and the employees looked a mess as well. It was God that made this happen I?m sure because I know there are reports offood poisoning at this location. Nasty and dirty employees. Waited at the speaker for 6 minutes almost 14 minutes to get to the window...now only 4 cars in front of me ...and then my buns... were hard and the meat cold barley in ketchup is all we ask for the young lady in window very nice and perrfesonal the managerhad to get change and he had tangled dirty hair and sloppy dressed just awful Read more
The worst Burger King in Fort Wayne, maybe Indiana. Slow service if you can call it service even. Horrible unfriendly cashier.... Food was cold especially for waiting 23min in the drive thru and only 1 other car in line besides me, and no customers insidethat I could see. I won't ever go back to this location! Read more

Horrible customer service . Also the place Is filthy inside & out . The dine in room is literally crawling with homeless men... loitering ,so the place wreaks of bad smell & is always dirty . The manager is a black women who is very rude & confrontational. I asked for a refund for a burger that was overcooked & she basically caught a attitude & told me I didn't have to spend moneythere . It took 10 minutes for the person in front of me to order. Then it took 5 minutes for someone to take my order. My fries were... hot and tasty but my burger was so dry that all the toppings in the world couldn't help it. I threw it away. Read more
