I left hungry after they lied about being closed! I showed up at 8:07 and they tried to ignore me completely (no answer at the... menu for many minutes, not even acknowledgment), then claimed they were closed when I pulled forward to the window. The personat the window points at a sign that says they close at 9... but it is 8:07?. Based on her expression too, she was trying toplay dumb but eventually admitted they were open... "Okay, I can get you some food but it's going to be a while."... Supposedlythat are "short staffed" but I saw two workers on the curb smoking, and two inside. I've only been here twice this year andboth times have been terrible... Last time I had to drive around twice because I wasn't sure they saw me. This time I waited atthe window for over five minutes, and NOTHING. No acknowledgement at all. They had four people working and ignoring customerswhile lying about being closed! I went thru drive thru...The employee taking the order kept interrupting me telling me "don't tell me what you want on your... burger just tell me what you don't want" I explained to him due to medical restrictions I need my food a certain way, he keptbarking "Don't tell me how you want it tell me what you don't want". After a couple interruptions I told him OK. Whopper NOCHEESE. Guess what...I got a whopper WITH cheese. When I tried to pay w my crown card, which had a ten dollar balance he claimedthere was NO money in the card, but it took a couple requests to get the card back! I paid cash and left. Picked up supper since it was too hot to cook. The staff that was working, was working quickly to get orders out, clean up and... close . They have been working since breakfast and I'm picking up supper. Even though they were very short handed and exhaustedfrom working well past their normal hours, they were all friendly and pleasant. I've been going to this Burger King for nearly 15 years. It used to be good. Whoever owns it now obviously does not care about... the quality of their product the service everything. Every time I go to this location now my food is either cold wrong or justnot in stock.. every time I go here the only workers I see are chatting it up and give me mean looks while handing me the wrongfood, cold.
