I've just got to say wow, this place in Fort Wayne Indiana has some really good food and the service was great. I've tried some... other Mexican restaurants and this place by far was so much better, the have a great selection on there menu and the portions onthe plates were bigger then I was thinking they would be. Went to ceballos on Jefferson for the very first time after having such a great experience at the one off state!!! I ordered... the same dish steak tacos. They were not good at all zero flavor they didnt even use any salt that's basic but no other flavor!None!! Just meat on tortilla waste of time and money lesson learned all ceballos not created equal! The people that work there are very nice. But I ordered a chicken dish and the chicken was so tough and stringy I didn't eat it.... Some of the chips were burnt. So we asked for new chips that weren't burnt and they brought them to us but I can't believe wehad to ask for that. Read more

Pretty consistent experience across the Cebollas in the city. Inside is very colorful and festively decorated. The menu is the... same. Always have to get a margarita. Their house specials are worth it. Service is fast and friendly and always accommodating.Never have to wonder how it's going to be when visiting. Read more
