Tonight, for the 4th time in 6 mos, the associates making the food quite cheerfully fixed, and charged full price for, a veggie... bowl without, wait for it, that's right, no veggies (someone was ordering it and bringing it to me). And of course you can'tcontact them because they won't answer their phone in the evenings. To the people who work the front line, give this a shot: "Imsorry, we are out of veggies." Here's the trick, say it BEFORE you start to make it. The veggie bowl. Without the veggies. Goodgrief. Note to the manager: I'll see you tomorrow for my free replacement meal. So unhappy right now. I love chipotle so this hurts my heart but i?ve had trouble with this location before. Today they were out of white rice, brown... rice, and steak. They also had no utensils out. The employees were also arguing while I was ordering. I feel bad for leaving areview as I never do stuff like this but cmon no rice at Chipotle?? Read more

Today I placed an order for employees lunch for $104. I received a confirmation email from Chipotle along with a confirmation... number. I sent someone to pick up the order at the given time on the email 12:20 and upon arrival they indicated they neverreceived an order. No help was provided at the store and was instructed to call a 800 number to be assisted. Which took another30 minute phone call to be advised that the refund had to be approved by their manager. I can't say I would ever order from thiscompany again. Especially not one that is feeding several people that could possibly mess up the entire store lunch hour. Iwould have thought the customer service representative would offered something to entice me to remain a customer, but nothingbut an apology for the inconvenience was given. Read more

Food was great. Service was fast. Everything was clean and tidy. However, as someone whom pays with cash, your "must use exact... charge or credit card" sign hanging on the door will make me think twice before returning. You're a business in 2022. Peoplestill use cash. I'm not asking for something unreasonable. So because of this you lost a star and possibly a customer. Only timewill tell. Update: Paid in cash and sign was gone. Yay! I wish when you dinner in you could get a burrito in one of the"bowls". I like to use utensils when I eat but the foil and/or paper treats when trying to cut the burrito with a knife. Wasn?t going to leave a review on my already poor experience until I bit into a piece of plastic in my burrito. Looks to be the... corner of a plastic bag. I normally have a great experience at this location but today one of the workers tore a hole in myburrito thinking I didn?t notice. I didn?t say anything because they were busy. I get it. I barley got any cheese on either ofmy burritos because the container was empty. Again, I get it but the worker got new cheese out for the person behind me & ittook him two seconds. Once I got to the register I asked for chips & hot salsa. The worker gave me pico so I kindly asked forthe correct salsa and was met with an attitude. No apologies for the simple mistake. I?ve worked in food. I understand it?sstressful & you?re not paid nearly enough but it?s very clear no one working there today cared about their jobs or how therestaurant was operating. I hate to complain but a manager definitely needs to be made aware of how this place is running when(I?m assuming) they aren?t there. Read more

I've had so many issues with this location lately. Today was the last time I'll visit. I used online ordering and paid $15+ for... a chicken bowl with double meat, cauliflower rice, guacamole, extra pinto beans and extra cheese. The end result? Seeattached. NOTE: Chipotle did refund my money but that doesn't change the fact that this location is basically garbage anymore. Read more

Woah is it busy in here tonight. The line is to the door, but moving. The steak bowl is my usual order here. It never lets me... down. The chips and guac is totally worth the $3.65 they charge for it. Read more
