-WARNING SUPER LONG KAREN RANT- I?m so frustrated with how this chipotle runs now. When I first moved here it was perfect. Now... recently I ordered a bowl with no dairy or chicken in it, just guacamole , sofritas, rice, salsa verde, and black beans. What doI get when I open my order at home? Chicken and sour cream on top of my order. I?m vegetarian so I couldn?t eat any of it. Shameon me for not checking the bowl I guess (yes it was the right order I picked up) also I understand the avocado shortage being ineffect as of right now and the online app did say it was out of stock. But yesterday the app said it was back in stock so Idecided to order and my boyfriend picked it up for me (without really checking, bad on our part but we shouldn?t have to checkin the first place) and there was still no guacamole and we were STILL charged for it. Also if the restaurant is out of Mexicancoke that does NOT MEAN I WANT A MEXICAN SPRITE? Just refund my drink and I?ll be on my merry way. Also not being able to get anactual human on the phone is infuriating, and when you finally do get the robot to connect you to a human nobody answers. Read more
Chicken bowl; I chose black beans, corn, salsa, sour cream, and their hot sauce (it's got a lot of kick). Topped off with... cheese. Around $8.50 or 9 with tax. Considering rising food prices, I'm still not used to paying $9 for a dish like thisconsidering it doesn't come with a side or drink. However, the bowl does come with a lot of food. I felt well satisfied aftereating. Definitely recommend this if your looking for something relatively quick but also substantial. Read more
I ordered take out. Love that you get large portions. Usually when I do take out, they cheat you with smaller portions. Staff... were friendly and food was ready in a timely manner. Place was really clean as well! Read more
My girlfriend and I visited this location yesterday. They were decently busy as it was 6-7pm. on a Saturday. We waited in line... for 5-10 minutes and when we got to the front we were greeted by one of the line workers. They said ?Hi what can I get for you??and immediately after turned to their coworker, and walked away from us, without saying ?excuse me for a moment? or anything atall. Then left us waiting there as the rest of the line checks out and people keep piling in the door. We could see the guywalking back and forth all around the store but never once acknowledging what he did. We left shortly after because we felt asif our order doesn?t matter to the store so why give it business. Thankfully there are some authentic Mexican restaurants nearbythat care about their customers and taste way better in our opinion(they also don?t have a salsa shortage). Improved management and staff. ???? I'm back enjoying my meals and loving Chipotle again. Haven't had a bad experience since... about 6 months ago. I usually eat lunch there once or twice a week. I get the same thing every time and the price is always different. Has huge chunks of ?shredded? chicken in my burrito.... Constantly running out of key ingredients and save the last of it for online orders. Rice was extremely salty. Burrito was notgood. Read more

The most mismanaged store in Fort Wayne. Today they were out of burritos. In the past 3 months they have been out of tomatoes,... fajita vegetables, steak, fajita vegetables, corn, and white rice. The employees struggle listening to an order and just goabout with what they think you wanted. You might want to try luring a few Subway folks to work for you. Finally when you tellthem STOP because they are putting the wrong ingredient on your meal they get entitled and huffy. If you listened to what I wasordering this would not happen. So today was my final straw. I have no intention of ever coming back to this location there areother places to find food on the way home from work. Read more
