First off, let me say I generally LOVE Chipotle. I have lunch there from there at least once a week but usually 2 to 3 times a... week. I however, will never go back to the Lima rd location. Absolutely horrible customer service!!!! Ordered my foodtoday, got back to work to eat it like usual and the steak was extremely cold. Took a couple of bites and just couldn't do it. I tried to call the store, got ran in circles for 10 min by the automated system, couldn't speak to a live person, hung up triedto call back like 6 times and it would literally ring once and then hang up. Finally I decided to just go back to the store. I walked in and set my bag on the counter and told them that I couldn't eat this that the meat was ice cold. She got a managerwho told me that she couldn't take it back and asked me to please go throw it away while she went to the back. I did this,waited 5 min for her to come back out, once she did, she proceeded to tell me that she could not refund my money or make me anew bowl but she could give me a 1-800 number to call and register my complaint. This, after she already had me throw the otherbowl away. I told her to either give me my money or make me a new bowl. She said fine, go get in the end of the line. Absolutely rude and disrespectful. I highly recommend making making the extra 4 min drive from this location and proceed to theColiseum and Coldwater location. This place has lost my business!!!!! Read more
I went in to order 6 kids quesadillas only not the meal. When I got to the register, I was told it cost $42 for the 6... quesadillas. I told them that just 2 days before I paid around $9 for 3 quesadillas. The manager came and said this is how wering it up and it's the cheapest we can do. I decided not to get them and left because she charged me more for 6 quesadillasthen what 6 kids meals cost. The told cost for 6 quesadilla kids meals $29.70 and she wanted me to pay just for quesadillas$42.00. The manager has no idea what she's doing. The other locations on Coliseum and W Jefferson ring it up either $3.30 perquesadilla or 3 tacos both cost under $10 for 3. Read more
ordered 2 chicken bowls to go. Crew who was serving both were very rude and unprofessional. He put rice in the middle, black... beans on one end of the bowl and chicken on the other end, left rice naked. I requested a bit of hot salsa but they put fullspoon of it, asked extra veggies he put 3 pieces of onions extra. at the end I requested her can you put little more lettucebecause she put very little but she wiped out the container with few leaves because container was empty but second bowl she didnot put any lettuce. Instead of getting another container of lettuce she just closed the lid. Very disappointed with theservice. They need to train their employees to do better.None of them have name tags so nobody can get held responsible. Read more

Biggest ripoff ever. This better be some usda prime rib. The price for extra meat is atrocious. Especially for the size of the... burrito. I?m spending 20 for a burrito it should be at least a quarter size bigger than this. It is the smallest burrito ever. Well first impression was damn how dirty! Coke and diet coke was out,only 2 forks left. Trash over flowing and the floor was... covered in trash , ALL tables were dirty too. The good thing was the food tastes great,but too expensive for what you get. Abowl and drink was over 16$ Read more

I ordered my food online. People were friendly and got the order prepared fast. However. I got back to my hotel and the chicken... i got in my bowl was burnt on one side which gave every bite i took an ashy taste. Which was not pleasant whatsoever. My chipswas not salted well and pretty plain tasting. I was so disappointed as this is one of my favorite restaurants and i always getthe exact same dish. Thank goodness i had leftovers from breakfast that day. I ended up throwing Chipotle in the trash. I shouldhave taken it back and got a refund but i was exhausted and just decided it was not worth it in the end. Please try to dobetter at this location to serve unburnt food and unsalted chips.
