We just left from our daughter's 6th birthday party and let me tell you, yes the price is a little steep now but Zach made our... night so easy and was so awesome so it was well worth it!! I had my daughter's birthday party today at the Coliseum Blvd. location and our party person was Zach. We were very pleased with... him. He was so good with my daughter and the other kids. He was helpful and attentive. He was polite and gave my daughter a hugwhen she wanted one. When he seen that I was trying to capture memories with my camera, he'd direct the attention of the kids totell them to look at the camera. He was a huge help all around and he made my daughter's party excellent. He kept our tableclean, he was out there with everything we needed and stuck around if we needed anything. Never crowded and my kids have fun! Staff is really friendly!
This place is clean & they have nice games & rides for the kiddos. However I was disappointed in the fact there is no free play... area. In the city we used to live in they had a huge play area with tunnels, etc to crawl up in it. It's a place for the kids toplay when they run out of coins. Also being this is a place all for kids their changing table in the women's bathroom was theworst I've ever seen. First of all it blocked people walking by needing to actually go to a stull. Then my daughter kept tryingto slide off it while I was changing her. It actually leaned downwards. Please please please move your changing table and makeit to actually hold a child while not putting them in danger of sliding off. Read more
We had a birthday party package today. The service was awesome, getting us everything we needed before I thought of it. We had a... personal server for the entire 2 hrs.
