Terrible customer experience! We love teenagers and think they should be given responsibility and opportunities to lead, but... there should probably be a responsible adult apart of the equation. WHENEVER we go, this location is always out of something -ice cream, apples, caramel, cookies, or something...tonight was no different, and unfortunately the teenagers that are runningthe operation provide terrible customer service, especially one of them. We are done driving from the far northwest side oftown, to the southwest side, to get this level of service and experience. We will go to Kilwins from now on. Read more

Always delicious super creamy ice cream and quality add-ins!

I do love the ice cream, but delivery isn't always the best. We ordered delivery today for me, my step-mom and my little... brother. It was terrible. The ice cream was melted and the tops were smashed. Everything was absolutely destroyed. My step-momcalled them and they were very polite about it and gave us a number to send pictures to. I just want to share in hopes that cold stone sees this and deals with the problem. My husband and I were there on Oct. 8th in... the evening. When our order was taken, a man took mine, put it on the ice bar to mix it but he just walked away. He was mad atthe girls for not putting the caramel in the right place. My husbands ice cream was made by someone else, then another guest hadtheirs made, and mine was just sitting there melting. When the guy finally got back, he had burnt a waffle and totally didn'tknow he had left my ice cream there too melt. Yes, we got our ice cream free...but this man should not be a manager!!! He had noright to yell at those girls in front of customers and act like its no big deal that he just messed up 2 things. Who knows whatother kind of harassment he is doing to those girls. Read more

Ice cream was great but service was bad. Very slow, not friendly at all more of a bother that they had to help us, music was too... loud they couldn't hear anything I was saying. Will try again but not coming back if it continues. Read more

My first and last visit here. Two teenish kids. A boy and a girl. Chatting enthusiastically with each other and didn?t even... speak to me and my wife. Another lady came in at the online order pick up and was acknowledged immediately and then a familycame in and also helped. I asked the guy mixing directly where we place our order and he mumbled something about getting to usbut he was ?in the zone right now?. My kids love it here!! They always seem to have new and different flavors!!! All kinds of goodies to top your treats! My kids... love that they can mix and match multiple flavors of Icecream.???? Unbelievably slow at everything they do. Everything you order is a mess, you?ll need two dozen napkins to clean your hands and... bowl.
