Those who really know me, understand my deep passion for an outstanding salad bar. Well, Cork ?n Cleaver delivered: the salad... bar selection was 10/10?everything you?d need was available, including jelly bellies (a carry over from the previous owner).With respect to the steak selection, you?d think you were in a metropolitan area. Let's start off by saying that my party of 5 had to wait and hour and a half past our reservation time...I loved the Waitresses!... The King crab was a total let down and beyond a rip off the quality at best was that of a buffet and that's being nice.. TheKing Crab was over cooked and not very warm and almost like it was reheated and dehydrated . The margaritas were watered downand not at all like the menu described them they were at best like a hole in the wall bar Quality. The Martini's were awfultasting and warm 2 had to be sent back and replaced.. I don't know if it's the bartenders Very first day or what!!!! TheAppetizers were all good! All in all the close to $400 that was spent is the 1st and Last this place will ever see it mine.There are plenty other places well deserving of my money but this is far from one of them! My girlfriend and I just had dinner here for her 21st birthday. I called ahead for reservation and let them know the special... occasion. Every person in there personally wished her a happy birthday and was so nice to the both of us. The food and drinkswere fantastic. We had the crab cakes as an appetizer. She had lobster and I had the crab leg (very expensive but gotta do itatleast once.) I can?t wait for another reason to go back to this place. Read more
We had dinner, for our anniversary. The service was impeccable (Katie), perfectly timed and she gave a great recommendation for... an appetizer, the crab cakes. He ordered the King Crab, and I ordered the Ribeye. We of course got the salad bar, which waswonderful. It was super fresh and was well stocked, perfect. The food was hot, and presented well, but was honestlyunderwhelming. The steak was cooked properly (to temp), but lacked flavor. I did order it without the coffee rub, but I believethat a good cut of meat should be able to stand on it's own. The crab legs, while good were hard to crack (rubbery) the meatitself was tender though. All in all the atmosphere was great, and we enjoyed the time there. An almost 200$ bill (with drinks)I expected more from this iconic establishment. Read more
Great experience!! Wonderful waitress named Amber gave us an at home feel. Like she had known us our whole life. My mom was a... banquet server for 30 years and understands quality service and what that?s supposed to be and Amber along with her partnershowed outstanding customer service above and beyond. The food was great the seating was comfortable. The salad bar wasoutstanding!! The cooks understood a steak preference, my wife didn?t have to send her steak back witch was great!! The bestpart was the prices, with leaving bit over 20% on the tip we where still less than $90 a person and we ate like kings, frombeginning to end. Vary happy with our experience, my only disappointment is that we haven?t been to this great establishmentsooner. 5stars isn?t enough this is a must visit!!! Read more
