Long wait to get seated. Almost an hour to get our food. Half of it was lukewarm and the other half was cold. The collard... greens that both my wife and I ordered tasted like they just came out of the freezer. We asked for new. The next bowls wereboth cold as well. My wife had to get a manager to make things right. She asked the manager to take some off of the bill forhalf of the food being cold which she obliged. I don't have high expectations of cracker barrels anymore, but this experience was relatively disappointing regardless. Ordered... chicken strips, pancakes, 2 chicken baskets, burger and fries, mashed potatoes and macaroni/cheese on the side. The food wasluke warm/ cold, they were late with the order even though I ordered 3 hours prior and the food was pretty bland. Some thingswere okay, like the fries, but the burger was almost completely tasteless. The mash potatoes had giant barely cooked chunks ofpotatoe in them. Doubt I'll be going back due to the poor service and food on an $80 carry out bill. Read more

Not the waitress fault. As things are today you could tell staffing issues to customer base was happening. Place was busy. She... did a job job and kept checking and letting us know when our meals would come. Thanks for bringing rolls, jelly and ???? why wewaited for roughly 45 minutes. Food was good as usual. This store is absolutely notorious with delivery drivers in this area and today was a perfect example of why. My order said pick... up at 10:57. I tried to pick it up at 11am and was told it would be a while, "that just came in 17 mins ago". So we'reconsistently supposed to wait a half hour or more after our pick up time? I don' think so. They need to figure out how to getthese orders out better or not offer delivery services because it screws the driver over ever single time. We stopped for 2 egg sandwiches and toast and some coffee. We waited 1 hour for or food. God bless our waitress Alex who was so... sweet and nice. Mostly when people say down 40 min after us with 6 people and ordered a ton of food and got served way beforeus. At check out we said how good our waitress was and how long we waited for food and they just said sorry.. will not be goingthere again for sure! Read more

Don?t get take out! Very! Uneducated! People who cannot take your order properly this is my second time ordering takeout where... they give me what they want to give me not what I order. Cracker Barrel: we arrived at 4:00pm today the restaurant wasn't crowded! We were seated rite away, and Jacob our server took... our order along with serving our drinks.. Eight min later we had our delicious meals along with Jacob our very fine attentiveserver.we ordered Icelandic cod dinner, and the Meatloaf! Both dinners were well cooked, and rite on with taste, texture, andtemperature! Around an hour dining, and Jacob checking on us regularly, keeping us well watered. Everything was awesome heretoday!
