I was just at your drive thru and ordered a double cheese burger deluxe basket. When I got to the window he said it was $8.41 I... told him that was not the right amount and he said that's what it says so I paid and pulled over when they brought me my ordershe said it was a double cheeseburger basket I told her he didn't give me my drink so she went to get it when he brought it outhe asked for my receipt. Trust me when I say I have no need to steal a coke if he would have given it to me in the first place Iwouldn't have had to ask for it but the best part is when I got home I didn't get a double they gave me a signal. The food is always excellent made fresh to order, drive thru wait wasn't to awful bad even going at busier time during... lunch..very friendly young staff that enjoys their job because the food is always exceptional...would eat there everyday forjust the cheese curds if I could afford it. Read more
2 months ago I had a terrible experience in which I waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes to actually having to go inside... to realize they lost my order. I was dismissed by staff when going inside that night as though it was my fault that I didn?t getmy order. After not ever receiving any follow up by Culver?s for the poor experience, tonight I decided to give them one lastchance. Jamari was the person that took my order and I advised him of the past experience and my disappointment in the customerexperience I had had. He took the 30 seconds to listen to me with his full focus. He then asked me to park close and hepersonally brought out my order and asked me to check it to ensure I had a better experience this time than last. He is for surea shining star at this location! I also called to share my positive feedback with the manager who was also very pleasant. Jamariand the manager have redeemed that store for the previous poor experience! Read more
Stopped in for a quick ice cream in between Drs appointments. Got a 1 scoop turtle sundae that probably had enough toppings for... 2 scoops. A little too sweet for me but it hit the spot. Read more

The service and food ROYALLY SUCKED. For starters, they handed me the messiest concrete mixer. Of course there were zero napkins... in the bag. Get home and there?s a huge crack on the side which is why it was leaked all over my car. They didn?t even make thatright. There was no cheesecake or caramel, 2 out of the 4 toppings I wanted. Second, I asked for a grilled cheese with Swissinstead of American. Of course it had american. I would have drove back but they were pulling everyone forwards and takingforever to bring orders out. I?m so disappointed. I used to work at Culver?s and loved it, and haven?t been to one in years.Given the cost of food now, it would have been nice for them to at least get my order right. Came in at 6:50 pm on 10/10/2026 and ordered a combo meal. I sat down and patiently waited. During this time there were several... customers that came in after me and got their food. I was looking at my watch and it showed 7:50 p.m. still no food. I left therestaurant but i said, ? thanks for my $10.00 drink? to the cashier that took my order! It doesn?t take this amount of time atCork and Cleaver! I should have just went there. If you look at the trend in the current reviews you will see that they take toolong or they lose your order. I would expect this to happen at McDonald?s but not this restaurant! Thanks, you guys taught me alesson not to go to this Cuvers! When I asked when the head manager would come in, the assistant manager would not tell me andjust say I don?t know! What a liar! There are a quite a few of fake reviews for this restaurant.
