I have never been to a more friendly, clean, fast paced Dunkin before. The staff that work at this location make it addicting to... come here in the mornings.???? I always look forward to the smiles and good sense of humor at 630 in the morning. I know it?shard to find good workers but this crew is always here so special SHOUT OUT to Amy, Olivia, Zoe, and Anna!!! While this location has it's share of shortcomings (i.e. frequently out of items, staffing shortages, etc.) there is one thing... that keeps me coming back (and the reason I gave 4 stars): the new manager Amy! Ever since I started my new job, I've beenstopping in each morning to grab coffee on my way to work. Since Amy has started working, I've noticed the quality of the drinksimprove. She always has such a positive attitude and wonderful costumer service skills, even when I can tell things probablyaren't going how they should (like when she has to fly solo because no one else showed up to work). If I were her I would beburnt out and complaining, but she is always so optimistic and cheerful and doesn't let it effect the quality of her service. Ijust really hope she gets the recognition and praise she deserves for her dedication and hard work. And this is coming fromsomeone who has never cared enough to write a review of anything before, so I hope that speaks to how hard of a worker she is!If you see this, thanks for making my mornings a little brighter, Amy! Staff regularly screws up straightforward orders. Last time the people in front and the people behind us also had issues with... their orders. If you want to see in real time how to make an easy task look difficult order from here. I cannot tolerate thislocation anymore. Read more

Ordered an online order for a large iced matcha latte. when i order a large i expect it to be full. it?s not even halfway full!... it was also way too sweet. like they poured sugar water in it! I ordered ahead of time (more than 6 minutes in advance) and wheni got their they weren?t busy and my drink still wasn?t made. this is how it was handed to me. Read more

Ok I do love Dunkin donut coffee. But today was the last time I will be going to the one off of Illinois road and Scott road. ... This year they sent me a coupon for a free (any size) hot coffee. I started putting my things in my car and leaned over my seatto put my large coffee in the cup holder and (the cups these days a paper and very flimsy) the top comes flying off got coffeeall over my new car/seats. Mind you they didn?t have any napkins at the counter. Had to get their attention to get napkins. The young girl behind the counter did feel a little bad and gave me napkins. The young man who took my order wouldn?t even cometo the counter to help in anyway or even apologize. Now I have to wash my leather seats and let it air out. Read more

Sat in drive thru for 5 min and had to call to get them to take my order, the employee was rude who took my order. The donuts... were ice cold and the coffee was god awful . Would not recommend going here, I know I won't be going back. Read more

I ordered through the app and went through the drive through for pick up. Everything was paid for ahead of time. When I arrived... they stated several of my items were not available. I asked to just get a refund because I did not like the alternative optionsthat were similar in price, and they stated I had to take that up with the ?app people?. I asked what that meant. The girl atthe window was very rude and told me it was not her problem. I left without my food or my money. I pulled into a parking spotand immediately tried to figure out how to contact the ?app people? but it was a weekend so I only got someone through anautomated system. I have talked to several people since who have said I would be refunded. It?s been 4 weeks and I still havenot. Sadly this is not my first experience with this location being rude or the food being gross. I will not be going back. Thislocation need to get it together! Read more

Decided to go in and order rather than use the drive thru. Walked in and ordered right away, no issues. While waiting we looked... around? that?s where things begin to turn our stomachs. The filth in the seating area was disgusting. From the windows to thewalls (lol) the tables, seats, counters, condiment area and floors? yuck! Smears, bits of food and crumbs everywhere. Figuredour food would be bagged and we take it and eat at home. At first we didn?t get our whole order they had bagged thingsseparately, no big deal. The employee grabbed the bags and dumped one bag into the other. I don?t think 6 hash browns are a fullorder. To the managers, you need to get this placed CLEANED!!! Read more
