Ordered an hour before we arrived, order was set on counter when completed and another customer took it. Waited for almost... another half hour in store. Barely any doughnuts in store and not the ones we ordered neither. The problem is the management.Hire young kids with no supervision and expect them to complete tasks and run the business for them. Had one of the most mediocre bagel breakfast sandwiches I've ever had yesterday. NOT the one I ordered, even though they... repeated it back to me as the one I ordered. The meat was wrong, the egg was smaller than McDonalds uses and dry and tastelessas a hockey puck. Don't even get me started on the Pumpkin muffin that crumbled to near dust when I grabbed it from thebag. Your store has been around for decades, long established, but this was truly the most disappointing visit I have ever had.Don't think I'll returning anytime soon. Read more
As soon as I entered I knew the experience wasn't going to be great. The person that took my order was extremely rude, very... nasty and was all around disrespectful. I got talked down and given the worse quality of service. Although I did get some of thedonuts I wanted, the service was terrible and rushed. Another thing no customer should have to grab their own receipt from theprinter. The employee instructed me to grab my receipt if I wanted it, turned his back to us and avoided eye contact the entirevisit. We will not be returning for a while. Read more
This has been happening the last several times I have been to this location. Doors are locked during regular business hours with... no sign posted and no sign indicating if drive through is even open. The last few times I've been there they don't even have theitems to make basic drinks. If you can get a drink made that you are wanting, depending on who makes it will depend on if it ismade correctly and if it is any good. This location is extremely inconsistent in my experience. Two people answered the drivethru and i could barely hear or understand so I just ordered a hot medium pumpkin Chai. When I... went to pay I asked what I ordered. They said an iced Chai with vanilla and hazelnut. I told them I ordered a hot pumpkin Chai.They said okay we will make sure you get that. I heard the girl tell them it has pumpkin and supposed to be hot. So when theyhanded me my drink I made sure to ask. Is this a pumpkin Chai? They said yes. What did I get?
