Absolutely Horrible.. Pretty much all the Dunkins in FW are not very good anymore. Corporate does nothing about it either. The... GM/Owners don't care about the customers. More than half of the time you complain you will never hear back from the GM. But thislocation and St. Joe rd location wins for the WORST Dunkins here.. Don't waste your time. Go to Starbucks.. yes you'll pay abit more but the coffee is much better and IF (Highly unlikely) they make a mistake they actually correct it.. Read more
The management of this place is insanely ridiculous. It took me at least 10 times going here before I wrote this review. But,... every. single. time., the employees at this place mess up my order somehow. I went today for an americano only thinking there?sno way they can mess this up. It took 15 minutes to get my drink. I was behind one car. And not because the drink wasn?t made,the girl running the drive through was too busy putting change in the register to pick up the drink and hand it to me. I went a few months ago and asked if they could load money onto my app. The employee at the window looked confused, asked... another employee. She then said to me "We don't do that. You have to do that at home on your computer." The coffee I orderedthat day was not consumable. Decided to try again today. The wait was long, they seemed confused. They forgot about my order.Eventually, gave me the wrong size. One of my coffees was not full. It was half full. Neither coffee was consumable. Read more

If i could give 0 stars I would. I went and there was no other customers. It took the staff 20 minutes to get me my avocado... toast. I do not usually post this but this was horrible. They had no manners. And my bread wasn?t toasted and it barely had anavocado on it so I am confused why it took 20 minutes for one thing. Read more

WOW! That's all I can say. 20 minutes in the drive up for a carmel macchiato hot, 2 cars ahead of us. Kids running the place... with no idea what they're doing. They didn't even start the drink until we got to the window to pay and still waited 5 moreminutes. Either get new management and staff, train them properly, expect more from your staff to responsibly run a business orjust close now! I'll never go to that location again. I would think the franchisee would want to do better. Now that you know,do better! PS....
