I'm not a Fazolis fan, but I thought I'd give them another chance. Stopped and got 2 slices of pizza and pepperoni breadsticks... for $10.00. The pizza was some of worst I've had in Fort Wayne, it tasted like an exact replica of something you'd get at anamusement park, Little Caesers tastes better and is far cheaper. The pepperoni breadsticks were okay, very salty tasting andoily. The bread sticks were the typical kind you'd get from Fazolis. Please understand that I just dont like Fazolis food, notthat they prepared their food incorrectly. The staff were very nice and helpful. Also my food was done in a timely fashion. Read more
Didn't take any pics but went here after trying to go to KFC which claimed to be open till 10 yet at 924 pm it was closed but... Fazolis said, open till 10 pulled up it was visibly open and we were delighted (kind of a rare occurrence lately for mostplaces). No wait at drive thru they were not out of anything we asked for. Wait for the food I would say was 10 min or less itwas hot, fresh, and well worth it. The service was regular nothing outstanding about it except for the fact they were open at930 pm which in itself was ????, and I know I didn't say alot about the food but it was really good Thank you Fazolis for beingopen with delicious breadsticks when you say u are. Was so delicious ????. My kids loved their pizza, pasta, and breadsticks!!! I ordered the penne with broccoli and chicken and... husband ordered the ultimate. It was so good. And the icing on the cake was that they changed their soda options which meansthey have mountain dew now. They were very friendly and food was served quickly and they came back and offered more breadsticks.Restaurant was clean and workers were friendly. My kids said it is now their favorite restaurant. Haven't been to fazoli's in a while so I didn't know that they're now wanting you to tip staff members.. why all of a sudden are... restaurants wanting you to tip, I worked for Pizza Hut for 16 years and I never got a tip.. even though they're asking for tipsnow too .. I don't do Subway anymore either because they do the same thing..the food is expensive as it is.. I'm not trying tobe cheap but there's no waitresses bringing me my food Read more
Had the spicy baked ziti with sausage and the new baked ravioli, I forget which one but both were extremely delicious for... something I picked up in the drive thru. Super impressed. Plus free bread sticks! Will be back! Read more
The food was just fazoli's, good but not hand made italian. The service in this visit was superb though! Everyone was polite,... helpful and busy but not too busy to help us out. Resteraunt was clean and being cleaned and overall we were very satisfied withthe visit. Read more
I'm a bit biased as ive always loved Fazolis but this one had amazing staff and service. I was almost never out of breadsticks.... The food overall was pretty average and the breadsticks a bit soggy but again I love eating at any Fazolis so I was happy. Read more
