I am a huge fan of Higher Grounds Dark Chocolate Frape' when made right. But they are too inconsistent. Too often I get very... cold chocolate milk. Yesterday's had one ice chip. Seriously! True at Coldwater and Wallen, Lima and Dupont and Dupont east ofI-69. Very disappointed because when they are made right they are wonderful. Read more

The staff didn't know how to make my drink and had to wait for someone else to show up before it could be made. It then tasted... like black coffee. I wanted to love the place as their mission is wonderful (which is my reason for 2 stars) but it wasextremely disappointing. Read more
I like a quality coffee and this was not that. This was gas station coffee. I drank a cup then fell asleep which is not like me... at all. We ordered black coffees so maybe their other drinks are better. Read more
I love higher grounds coffee in general! The Highlander Grog & Cinnamon Toast are wonderful!! However my biggest complaint is... with the flavor of the month for the last 2 months~~ the very NASTY artificial Candy cane.. It was bad last year & its as BADthis year It ~~~ Please don't bring it back next year! If you MUST use mint at the holiday's maybe try a Chocolate mint, but gomuch milder with the mint flavor.
