Ordered a turkey sandwich. Clearly stated that I wanted extra turkey. The sandwich cost me $12. It was served by a nasty little... person with a bad attitude. And on top of all of that, as if that wasn't bad enough, it clearly did not have extra turkey on itas a matter of fact I don't think it even had the amount of turkey it was supposed to have on it to begin with. I have noticedat all Jimmy John's and other restaurants in the last few months especially, that the amount of food you're getting is far farless and on top of that Jimmy John's just raised their prices. I'm going to start making my own sandwiches at home. I'm cuttingout the fast food. Too expensive and it is far too inferior these days. Read more

They had loaves but we had to wait for them to cool off before we could get the order filled. No problem, informed us about the... waite before we ordered. Accommodations were made because we had to wait, that was unexpected, and really nice of them. Theorder once made was correct and prompt. Without any issues. As for the food... Delicious as always. Went in at 8:15, ordered a beach club unwich. Was told they?re out of cheese. Ok no problem. I customize it with jimmys mustard,... add jimmys peppers. They turn away customers after us saying they?re closed (they?re open til 9Pm). 20 minutes later I get mysandwich. Get home. This is lettuce, tomato, cucumbers and tons of mayo on bread. First horrible situation - Went Saturday at lunch.. 4 kids standing around like idiots with 5 orders to be made. 1 girl making... sandwiches. Freaky SLOW. Next horrible situation - ordered from DoorDash, lady called me and yelled at me that she "has nobread or drivers so you're not getting your order!" Yet to get a refund more than a week later. Call to get a refund, girl saysI need to speak to a manager, she put me on hold for 10 minutes. Still don't have my refund. Never going here again. This ownershouldn't be allowed to run this franchise. At least don't accept DoorDash orders if you can't handle them. I currently have afraud situation where they took my 22 dollars, cancelled my order, and never refunded my money. Read more

We will not be back to this store. Last 2 times going inside and ordering has taken forever. This time really did it for us. We... ordered and waited. Once I started seeing people who ordered after us get their sandwiches I asked if a giant #6 was coming.They all looked around and said no. I told them we ordered over 10 minutes ago. The guy asked me if we paid, as if we werelying. We were holding a drink, so yeah we paid. He then went back to the register to look and said oh yeah, your ticket musthave just fallen behind the counter. Never once did anyone apologize and it still took them about 5 minutes to even get us outsandwich. So frustrated. Read more

Ordered a veggie sandwich, got bread and cheese with no veggies. I called to correct the order, the person who picked up the... phone first insisted that the veggie sandwich comes with only cheese and then hung up on me three times. I had to go back to thestore to get the sandwich fixed. The manager made a new sandwich for me but had no concern about the time and gas that I spentin going back to the store. No apologies. Placed a delivery order via app. Took 2 hours before it was out for delivery. Attempted to call the store to just cancel the... order, no one picked up. Called roughly 5 times. No response. Voicemail said ?wireless caller cannot be reached?. Uh, what? Whatkind of business is this? Finally called the corporate office to request a refund and cancel the order since no one wasanswering at the store. The corporate office told me that the refund must be made by the manager of the store. They said theywould notify the manager and let them know to contact me within 24 hours to get this taken care of and that she would get myorder cancelled. An hour after that call, my order gets delivered without my knowledge THAT I CANCELLED WITH CORPORATE. Now herewe are, 3 days later and not a single call or refund. I get that a store can be busy and hectic. I understand how the foodindustry works. I will no longer be supporting this location until they get a manager that actually does their job and managesthis place, and takes care of paying customers and respects their time. WHEN you can get your food, it is good. This location is severely understaffed. I don't know how anyone could get anything... done here. I gave two stars because the sandwiches are great WHEN you can get them. The other location on Dupont inexceptional but I am not out that way very often Read more
