I ordered delivery 2 1/2 hours ago, I got a message that my order was cancelled after the time it said it would arrive, it said... to contact the store, the app has a different support number I have tried both multiple times, the store location rings until itdisconnects and the support line lets you leave a message for the next person to call you back, I did that after the first 15min call that I waited, I still have not received a callback and it?s been 2 hours now, I also waited 40 mins the 4th time Icalled and the line disconnected then. I also sent in a feedback to the order l. I have gotten ZERO communication on what isgoing on let alone my money refunded if my order had been cancelled. I have no idea what is going on. Read more

Pizza is so dry because it literally has no sauce on it. If I wanted breadsticks that?s what I would have ordered. Make the... pizzas consistent. Read more
Absolutely terrible service, rude employees. DISGUSTING, watched the girl who cuts the pizza pick her nose and go right back to... the pizza she had been cutting. Then went to the restroom, and came back out with perfectly dry, seemingly unwashed hands. Read more
Needs more employees. Service was a little behind due to that fact but other than that normally it's always hot and ready to go.... Great customer service especially good prices since everything has gone up due covid. Food is good to. Love the desert yum yumyum. Read more
Worst service ever! The food might be good, but I couldn't tell you cause no one would help me. Two people including what looked... like a manager just kept walking by me and never even said a word to me or even made eye contact. I stood there for what seemedlike an eternity and no assistance, not even a "I'll be right with you" nothing. The sad thing is all I wanted was a coupleorders of crazy bread and I could see like 6 bundles just sitting there begging for a home. But apparently these people didn'twant my money. Well guess what? They gave me overdone pizza. Called in for replacement food and the manager started arguing with me over how my pizza is sub... par. My sausage pizza had very little sausage on the pizza and the pepperoni was over cooked. They also shorted me one of mysauce cups. Guess from now on I will go to the E. State location for better quality and service. Read more
Pizza was very good, probably the best little Caesars in fort Wayne. Normally don't have problems with this one like I do every... other one. The only "problem" I really had was there could have been a little bit more marinara on the pizza, just seemed likemore crust than anything. But still bomb. Read more
