Fantastic empanadas! Ground beef and cheese is the way to go. Lola's for the big win today. Today's special was Pernil with rice... and potato salad. Extremely amazing customer service!! The food... The food is absolutely amazing!! Hot, fresh, juicy. So much flavor.... But the... best part was the customer service, she even gave us samples!! New mom & pop eatery that just opened last month! Owned by locals. Met Loly the owner who goes by Lola. Loly is sharing her... family?s tried & true recipes and the results do not disappoint. Tried practically one of each item on the menu. The taco meatis seasoned to perfection. The empanadas are delicious. Horchata & Jamaica (Hibiscus) juices are made fresh. I got the dinner special and picked it up at the drive thru. The roasted chicken was beyond description - flavorful and tender... and the portion was really generous. I loved the rice and mashed potato salad as well. I got the lemonade and it is actuallymade with fresh lemons, not a mix. Thanks Lola for the lovely home cooked meal on a cold, wet day. Read more
