I will call this "ok food, atrocious service". The service staff are incredibly lazy. This feeling has occurred to me twice in a... row. The crazier part? I've visited only twice over two separate months. The first key instance of note is how they charged mygrandparents for a mistake they made. They forgot to erase a special price and so my grandparents paid more for food that wasfalsely advertised. The second is how only one server during the dinner shift interacts with customers. Third, they ignored adietary request from my grandparents, who asked for no sour cream and both got sour cream. Fourth, after I requested a poprefill and my grandfather requested a water refill they got it backwards and filled my pop glass with water and brought a popwith no ice. My suggestions to los cabos are to make your staff check in a little more often. Just once or twice. And listen toyour customers. Finally, address your staff for not paying attention. I can also see them talking to each other rather thandoing their jobs, they can at least clean tables when working. The food is otherwise on par with the competition and theatmosphere is great. So if you get your service in order I'd gladly give four or five stars. Until then I'd rather drive tocebollas just down the road. Read more

I used to come here once every two weeks! It was my son and I favorite spot. But the last 3x it was horrible. Taco Bell would... have been a better place to go. I went there tonight to eat and it was disgusting. Took two bits of what I ordered and asked formy bill. The manager came up and asked me what was wrong. We had them cater our Easter Brunch. We had about 20 people. We got soo much tasty food, steak, chicken, seasoned ground beef,... fresh guacamole, homemade salsa, shredded lettuce, shredded queso, warm queso, refried beans, warm tortillas, sour cream,spanish rice, fresh pico, jalapeños, and the list goes on. Our first time here and dont let the outside Deter you from walking through the door. The staff was very warm and welcoming.... Explained the menu and told us of house specials.
