I almost cried eating this meal! The baked beans are an entree in themselves, every single bite is dripping with tender meat and... they're perfectly seasoned. These are competition worthy prize winning beans. Everything else fell into place. The chicken andrib tips were amazingly tender and the mac and cheese is better than most places. The House BBQ sauce is the perfect balance ofsweet and smoky together, I normally don't like sweet sauces but holy cow this stuff is good! Absolutely garbage food. $50 and my ?chicken sandwich? came with someone?s hair AND this isn?t a chicken sandwich. This is an... over burnt double breast of chicken. I normally do not complain unless I feel it needs to be addressed. With that I would like to say I know every where is short... staffed and doing their best. I have been a waitress and I understand how things work for the most part. But my husband and Ihad Lucille's yesterday. I ordered the smoked wings and mac and cheese and cheesy potatoes. I have had them several times. Ilove them with my whole heart. But when I received the wings, I was a little thrown off. I really dislike burnt taste. I toldthe waitress that I really wasn't happy with the way some of the wings looked. She said, "Thats normal for them to be charredlike that." I of course disagreed. I told her, "I have had them quite a few times now and they haven't ever looked like this." Iunderstand that smoked wings blacken a little with the seasoning, we have made our own several times as well. She eventuallysaid she would have them remade. When I got the second set of wings they were exactly the same. Some black charred, some oklooking. She sat them down and walked away. She didn't come back to the table until we were done eating. The wings were so dryinside. Either she didn't tell the cook they were a remake or this was intentional. Which I even hate to think because I lovethis restaurant so much!! If this were a cheaper restaurant I wouldn't complain and move on. But this place can be pricey. So Ifeel if I am going to eat somewhere a little more expensive because I have the money, I want to get what I expect for the mostpart. I am not trying to be snobby or rude. I didn't say anything the second time to the waitress because they were already outa whole set of wings I got for free. I didn't want to be that person complainin and getting a free item off my bill. Everythingelse was good. My husband loved his ribs. We paid and tipped. I would just like the restaurant to know what happened. And maybenext time for the next person to fix it. The brisket was SO delicious! Very tender and the dry rub seasoning on my sandwich was just the right amount and with blue... cheese crumbles it was the perfect combination! The broccoli salad never disappoints and I appreciate this delicious side optionas a low-carb eater that I haven't found anywhere else near by! Lucille?s BBQ on Lima Rd in Ft Wayne, IN is outstanding! The staff was very friendly and the service was great. I had the three... meat combo with Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket and Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage. Sides were Brussel Sprouts and White Cheddar Corn.Everything was great. They also make their own sauces, those were very good as well. At first glance the prices may seem higherthan similar BBQ places but the portion sizes are much larger than I have seen anywhere else. Got the pulled pork sandwich... to go with the mac n cheese, plus got a small bit of each sauce to try. The food was divine and the sauces...I'd really love tobuy both their house and Raspberry sauces. Highly recommend this location. I 100% plan to come back again to try more! Read more

we have been regulars over lunch since their opening but their new menu added their Flatbreads and is the reason for a new post.... two of us from our party loved the crispy crust, abundant pulled pork, blend of additional onion and cheese.
