Placed an order before leaving work late. They told me the estimated time and were polite over the phone. I arrived at the... estimated time and my food was done on time. The pizza itself was cheese thin crust. It was good, I really enjoyed the cheese,the sauce was good and the crust was okay. 7.6/10 Service was okay. They weren't overly polite, just okay. Interior left someto be desired, but its probably what most would expect from a pizza joint. Overall good experience. Read more
If I could give this place 0 stars I would I?ve been in this store when the delivery driver was cussing out someone on the phone... and when they have switched managers 15 times and for 15 yrs I?ve got the same pizza and price today I called and they said Guythe owner told the stores they could no longer offer the 8.99 2 topping large pizza deal I?ve got for the last 15 yrs I willlonger use these guys when the teams I coach have games or for personal use Read more
My partner and I order our pizza half and half so we each get what we want. There are plenty of toppings, the price and portions... are reasonable, and I like their crust. The delivery time feels slow but I don't know if that's the restaurant or the deliveryservice. Read more
One girl in there making pizzas and taking orders and running drive through fabulous work pizzas are always great I'm very proud... of that store and the girl that works there whoever she is if you see this I'm proud of you and I always keep coming back forpizza as long as you are working there taking care of us Read more
* update* I did receive a call from the manager who apologized for the mix up and miscommunication. I appreciate their efforts... to make things right. Shows good customer service! Thank you! I ordered for pick up for one pizza. When I arrived the door tothe place was open, I get it pizza places might be hot and they needed some cool air going through, it was 41 degrees outside soI?m sure it helped. However what else was cool was my pizza. I don?t normally order pizza and Marcos is my favorite so I wasvery excited. I saw on the app that my order was ready and went to go pick it up. I paid for it and stood there for 10 minuteswaiting for what I thought was my pizza and was asked if I had been helped yet and said I thought I was waiting for mypizza. The second time (after someone else came in to get theirs) I was asked I said I was still waiting for my pizza and theapp said it was done. My pizza was cold when I had a bite of it in the car. Very disappointed that I was not even offered anapology for the wait when it had obviously been done and ready the whole time I was there. Read more
This location has gone downhill. My son and I went to pick up our online order tonight when it was supposed to be ready ~7:30pm.... They said it wasn't, so we sat and waited. 15 minutes passed as they worked on orders. Business slowed down, then theydisappeared, completely abandoning the front of the store, as in ALL the employees... gone (registers, oven, prep line... all)for at least 3-4 minutes, and didn't return until prompted by the door chime when Waiter on the Way came in for an order and oneof them wanted a drink from the cooler. It was then that they decided to look into my order. It was sitting there on the shelf.The. Whole. Time. Making it worse, they put extra onions on one pizza when we had ordered it to have none instead. Basic foodservice fundamentals no longer exist here apparently. Management was perfectly fine handing over the pizzas as if he and all theothers didn't just huddle in the back while my food got cold. Read more
Didn't have any 2liters.. So they gave us 4 20s.. Awesome food though!! A little expensive
Easily one of the best pizza places in town. My only complaint is that they wont do tips on cards anymore. Honestly, we prefer... to do a cash tips all of the time but dont always have cash this day and age. Read more
