Underwhelming. I think a side salad should probably get more than a half tsp of dressing. That was really odd. Food was mediocre... compared to past experiences and small for the price. Not terribly fresh either. Hope they get it together as it used to bereally good there. Read more
First time eating carry out from here. Ordered online and was easy. We loved our choices. I got pick 2 with 1/2 cranberry club... sandwich and 1/2 cranberry chicken salad. Both were very delicious & would get again. Husband got full king club wit side oftomato cucumber salad and he enjoyed them BUT the white bread it came on got too moist so hard to eat with the double toppingsit has. So he would rather get the regular club next time. Very quick with the order. Will order in the future again. ???? Read more

Customer Service Absolutely Horrible! I called the order in last Thursday for a Friday pick up so they would have time to fill... the order correctly. NOPE! Went into the store on Friday and went to double check the order with my phone in order and theyoung man behind the counter got irritated and angry that I was double checking the order! His specific words were "There is noreason for you to double check my work, everything you ordered is in the bag!!!" Okay. So I go to the register to pay and helooks at me all angry. "What else do you want?" he asks. I say "I would like to pay my bill please and would like a receipt" He gets all huffy and throws the receipt at me. Seriously???? I then get back to my office for my staff lunch and guesswhat??? The order is short the salads. The receipt was right. They charged me for the salads but they were missing from thebags. I should have DOUBLE CHECKED HIS WORK!!!! So I call the store and asked for the store manager and got Ryan whom thentells me that they do not accept phone in orders for the next day. Oh really? Well I called it in on Thursday and you filledthe order on Friday and I have a receipt to prove it. Ryan argues with me that this EVEN actually happened. I have proof. What difference does it make? Your staff is RUDE and the order was short!!! Ryan says "well I will talk with my staff" Mycomments to anyone thinking about going to this restaurant "THINK AGAIN AND GO TO ONE OF THE OTHER STORES WHERE YOU WILL GETBETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE" In this day and age Customer Service is so important and if you can not have that then you should notbe in business. I had the pick 2 at Mcalister's today. This is the veggie spud and the half southwest chicken sandwich. The sandwich was just... okay. The bread was toasted and it was cooked well, but kind of blah. I'll pick something different next time. The spud waspretty good. It has broccoli, spinach, green pepper, onion, and then covered with rotella cheese. I got some of that oldcheese covered baked potatoes from years ago feelings. The people working were all very friendly. Overall, solid visit and apretty decent value. Sandwich wasn't very good. Ordered the McAlister club & it was disappointing, meat was all on one side, center was the crust... and would rather have lettuce. Cheese and Mac was terrific. Read more
