I usually enjoy eating here but my most recent experience I probably won't go back to this location again. The menu boards... weren't up for some reason so they had menus on the counter to place orders. I made my order of a grilled chicken sandwich oncroissant bread with mayo instead of the honey mustard. So after a few minutes of waiting I take notice of my receipt and itshows I ordered a chicken club which has bacon and I don't eat pork. So I mentioned it to the person who took my order. She saysoh it's 2 types of chicken sandwich I put in the club one. So she says I can have them fix it. So after a few moments ofdiscussing it with the person who makes orders she says. They are fixing it. So I wait another 5 more minutes then my order isready. So I open it up to just make sure it's good and now I noticed it has honey mustard all on it. So I let the person whotook my order that this has honey Mustard on. She takes the sandwich back and says let me get them to fix it. Another fewmoments she tells me they are fixing it. So both times she never really acknowledged the mistakes she made but seemed agitatedabout me coming back up to her. The situation would have been avoided if she would have read back my order to make sure ofaccuracy so mistakes aren't made. By this time I'm running late on my lunch and I jus lost appetite so I jus decided to jus geta refund. When I told her she said she has to get a manager. So I wait again for a few moments then manager comes out says youthe one who wants refund I say yes. She says you don't want your food in a rude kind of way. I say no my order was messed uptwice and I gotta go and have lost my appetite now. She seemed upset I ask for refund and She never once apologize for theinconveniences or didn't seem to botherd by a unsatisfied customer Didn't seem to care about the situation at all. This location has NEVER got my order correct when I place an order from the app. It never fails, they always forget something.... It?s especially frustrating when you pay for extra dressing, chips, or a side & they forget it & don?t offer to refund themoney. They need to make sure they?re double checking each order to ensure order accuracy. We won?t be returning to thislocation, which is a bummer since it?s so close to home. We have visited McAlister's Deli often mostly at the Jefferson Point location but recently we have been heading up to the Lima... Rd location. I feel like the store is brighter, cleaner, and is generally a better experience. I usually try to get the Glutenfree bread on the sandwiches but it's very dry and crumbly. I'm glad for the option but I don't think I can recommend it fortexture and taste. Read more

Honestly the food is always amazing,tasty, and fast...not to mention the large portions. It may seem pricey from the outside but... it is so worth it. The staff was incredibly friendly. One guy in particular, wish i remembered his name, was so fun and made thevisit 10x better by making us laugh. Great place! Read more
By far the worst McAlisters in the area. I waited for 40+ minutes for 2 sandwiches. While waiting I noticed the staff in the... back goofing off. 3 guys at least making sandwiches and they could only get out 2 sandwiches every 5-8 minutes. I understandbeing under staffed sucks, but these people could have cared less about their jobs. Not to mention my sandwich had less thanhalf the meat it normally does.
