Waited 14 minutes in drive thru to place order. Girl couldnt find what I was ordering on her board so I had to keep repeating my... order. Not only did I not get the extra honey I ordered but I got no honey at all. Guy at first window was nice. People atsecond window were leaning on it when I pulled up. Had to wait for there conversation to end to get handed the drink that was anabsolute mess on the outside. Needed napkins before I could put it in my cup holder. Fries were terribly salty. Managers need tobe managers here, not friends. This order was for someone who was just in an accident, and we were trying to cheer them up. Itdidn't. Way to go, hope this doesn't happen to you. Ordered large fry and wasn?t filled. Quarter pounder with cheese had a hard bun like it had been sitting out for couple hours.... And sandwich was def not made fresh it wasn?t even warm enough to melt the cheese. Read more

Went inside to order and that was a mistake. Every table was dirty with trash on it and some on the floor. Got my food fairly... quickly, but went back home to eat since there was no clean table. I open my bag and the crispy chicken sandwich looked like itwas fried twice and then left to sit somewhere for a day. It is definitely not supposed to be this color. Almost like the blackpatty Spongebob finds under the grill in the "Born Again Krabs" episode. I am actually afraid to eat this without suffering froman illness afterwards. Absolutely awful. I ordered large fries at 1 pm. They were so bad I threw 2/3 of them away. They were warm. They were not fresh.... It was like they had been warmed in a microwave. probably set under the heat lamp for 15 minutes. They tasted like they werefried in dirty oil. Worst McDonald's in Fort Wayne. Drive to the one farther east on DuPont. Read more
Really isn't a bad restaurant. I'm not a huge fan of McDonald's but do like their Sausage Mcgriddles. The line goes fairly quick... for how bad it can get backed up but even with an ordering lane closed, they make due fairly well. Read more
Being on one of the busiest streets in the area, you can expect the occasional wait especially during rush hours. Nevertheless,... staff is very friendly and I was greeted with all smiles. Had one minor issue with the food quality but they were quick to fixit immediately. Overall, its one of the better McDonald's in the area. Recommended for outstanding service and quality. Read more
Disgusting. The food was cold. I got a fish sandwich with extra sauce which was really gross and greasy. In spite of the long... line, the fries were as cold as it is outside and greasy. They gave me salt that had obviously gotten wet and was a chunk thatneeded to be broken up. It was disgusting and a complete waste of money. I will never go to McDonald?s again especially thisMcDonald?s. Read more
