Ordered curbside and pulled in a spot and checked in. . Had someone come our car 2 times asking if we ordered something and we... stared we had 2 kids meals with our order and some sandwiches. Waited 40-45 min before going Inside asking where our order was. Everyone around us that pulled up got their food and left. Husband went inside and they said our order was already handed outor made. Never order curbside here or at any McDonald's. The service isn't worth the hassle. Our sandwiches were madewrong also. Fo add when my husband went in. So one was at the counter waiting to order good and an employee was standingthere waiting for a manager to ring up their order. The employee was rang up first before customers were even acknowledged. Stopped at McDonald Saturday October 15, 2022 about 10:15am. No service was available for customers at order line. Waited more... than 20 minutes then I called the McDonald?s worker who informed us they were ONLY taken orders made on Kiosks. Most customersin order line had experience problems on KIOSKS. McDonalds lost our business. No managers were seen. Bad business. More needsto be done to spare customers from waiting for service that just didn?t happen. Read more

I waited in dining room for 45 minutes with no one making my food. I finally went up and inquired where it was. I had a number... on my table which is useless. I also was listening for my number from my receipt to be called. It wasn't called. I was told theywere waiting on my big Mac to be made. By this time my kids food was cold as ice. I understand that times are hard and this is abusy location, however that time is ridiculous! I will NEVER go here again. When I asked if this was normal to wait this long Igot a blank stare and a "huh" back and then someone came behind him and said "yeah we just don't have crew". The dining roommaybe had 4 people in here, and the drive thru was wrapped around. I have worked with a skeleton crew in fast food before..thisis NOT fast food...Never again! Read more

We decided to go inside to order our food because there were at least 15 cars in the drive-up lines. Both lines completely... emptied out before we received our food which was a pretty small order; couple of burgers, a fry and a shake. She handed us ourbag and walked away we had to stop her to get the shake. A young couple was cussing each other out at the kiosk right behindmyself and my 11-year-old daughter, nice. I honestly don't know how this poorly run dump is still open. Forcing you to order ahead and then leaving you to sit in the... drive thru (can't go inside) for 20 minutes for ONE item. The line wasn't even long it just wasn't moving. Trust me just goacross to Culver's for far better food and service. Read more

COVID ALERT! do not go here if you wanna avoid getting sick. My mother and I had an absolutely HORRID experience the other day.... This location forgot 6 of our breakfast items, and then refused to make it for us. My mom was frustrated and wanted her moneyback at that point, I asked the manager for a refund and she REFUSED to refund my mother without me returning the food! Iexplained to the manager that we had a person in the house who possibly had covid (my son had returned home from school sick)and she was still adamant that I must return the food we did receive for the refund. Her words were "you can't ask for a refundon a gallon of milk, and not return the gallon of milk." To which I responded "so you don't value the health of your customers,employees, or yourself?" And she responded with "im saying you have to return the food for the refund".. the back and forth wasold and I did take the proper steps in reporting them to the health department, but I am STRONGLY encouraging other people avoidthis location because the GENERAL MANAGER doesn't care if her customers or employees get covid. My mother had to call the policedepartment for assistance in getting her refund of 16 dollars (on a 28 dollar order) , to which the general manager respondedwith a restaurant ban. Instead of admitting she was wrong when the cops told her she should give the refund, she banned mymother from an establishment she had been a loyal customer at for years with no prior incidents, and publicly humiliatedher. This whole experience has me telling everyone I know to avoid this mcdonalds like the plague until they get theirmanagement under control. Read more

I tried giving them the benefit of doubt but at some point when will you guys get it together lol poor customer service. No... utensils no syrup hashbrown thrown in the bag. 3rd time within 2 weeks is ridiculous. This location sucks so bad as do themanagers Read more

Visited Friday around lunch time. Line was quite long, about 10-12 cars on front of us. Waited in line for about 15 minutes, not... too bad since they now have a second lane for taking orders at this location. Food was hot and ready when we pulled up. Overallgood visit. Read more
