I normally enjoy my experiences at any Mc Donald's, unfortunately this particular location has failed me time and time again.... It's always an issue with supply, systems are down, extremely long wait times, staff is not the most polite and the worst is itsadvertised as 24 hours online, but when you get to the location they are only doing Door Dash orders. That's a very ineffectiveway to advertise your business as "24 Hours". Over all I do not prefer this location unless it's an absolute necessity as my jobhas me in traffic all times of day and night. If your store is not 24 hours a day don't advertise as such and turn out the lights when you're no longer accepting customers or... have something clearly posted. But then again with all the one and two star reviews new management is needed. The Terhunes wouldbe disappointed Read more
This McDonald's is always great to go to. Today they system went down for cards, so the manager asked me if I had cash. Only had... $20, so she helped me out by paying for the rest. Service is usually very fast and always very friendly. Read more
I've been to this location ever since I could drive and I think I'm officially done coming here. Out of the last 7 times I've... ordered here, my orders been wrong 4 of those times. And its not a simple "oops I forgot a topping". I order the double quarterpounder and they somehow forgot one of the two patties. And of course I never think to check the bag so I only notice when I'vegotten home. How is it so hard to not forget both patties on a burger that specifically has two patties? Also the lines arealways so slow, almost like they're short on people some days. Read more
Went there drive through was opened. They absolutely REFUSED to take my order because I was the 3rd order 8n the vehicle. ... Will ABSOLUTELY NEVER go to this one again unless I get a public apology and free food from there for life. I wish they hadnegative stars for this one Read more
Dirty. One of the dirtier McDonald?s I?ve endured. See photos. Update 05/28/2022: I am even less impressed than I was last... time. They are unilaterally deciding what my frappe does or doesn?t have and blatantly ignore the order. When I confronted amanager about it I was told I am ?lucky,? when I get anything because I?m not paying for it. My muffin was so dry at the edgeit was hard to chew. Are they microwaving the sandwiches? The last 2 years this location has really gone down hill. The staff are really unpleasant and make it very obvious they don't... like their jobs. They rarely get the orders right and then act like you did something wrong when you ask them to correct theissue. I'll drive farther to get better service. Although most fast food service is garbage since no one wants to work. Read more
