My reviews are ALWAYS based on food given that is why we go out to eat. I can handle slow or bad service if the food is worth... it. The food is always what brings me back. Without good food, you have nothing. Take note McDonalds. Waited in drive thruline for 20 minutes before placing order and got the order quickly. The food was ice cold and under cooked. Thank youWaynedale McDonald's for pushing me into the decision to NEVER EVER stop at Mcdonalds again. It is subpar food at it's bestwhen served hot but absolutely NOT edible if served cold. I don't think that they have the ability to keep the food hot so thatis scary. Complete wast of time and money. Read more
Stopped in to grab a couple of drinks and have no complaints about my visit. I used curbside delivery because the line eas... extremely long and am thankful for their online app and the ability to use an alternate service. The employee who brought myorder out was very kind. Read more
Updating my review. I understand that restaurants are facing staffing shortages but if the dining room isn't open, please post a... sign on the door. A number of people were combating the rain to get inside, only to find the door locked. Not very courteoustowards customers. Read more
7:53 pm on 9-18-22 after a 27 minute wait in the drive-thru 2 of the 4 items ordered were wrong. lobby was lit up with 2... customers inside, but door was locked. Had to sit in the drive- thru another 22 minutes to have the food replaced. Extremelyrude lady at the second window handing food out, no uniform and rap music louder inside than it should be. This might be theworst location in Fort Wayne. I think I'll take my business else where from now on! Mcdonalds isn't worth the wait, for lowquality, less than satisfying food. Read more
Some days it goes well. Others my fries have been sitting for too long. Some days its a fairly quick drive thru experience.... Others it's 15 minutes of exhaust pipe fumes and other peoples music. Read more
Bad experience from start to finish. Cashier taking our order could not count change, slowing up the ordering process for the... line of people waiting. This individual called for assistance three times while trying to place our order. The soda dispenserarea was filthy. The Sprite was dispensing soda water only. Both ketchup dispensers would only spray droplets of ketchupeverywhere, all over the area and anyone attempting to obtain ketchup. What ketchup I was able to retrieve was pinkish in colorand foamy. Tasted awful. The temperature in the dining area was extremely cold. The children had goosebumps, and I wasshivering when we decided to abort our meal and leave. It?s usually a hit or miss with this place. It?s either absolutely great, good positive workers, hot fries, good food & they... have everything in stock you want. Or it?s absolutely terrible, cold fries, bad food, miss something in the bag, nothing on themenu in stock, bad attitude workers. & another negative thing is they always stop their breakfast WAY too early. I don?t want ahamburger at 10 am. ???? I?d give this location 3/10 sadly. & they always close early or need a break around night rush hour. Read more
