Been here about 5 times. However, every experience has been horrible. This time, no lettuce. But far worse, ordered a double... quarter pounder and got a single. It's too hard for this staff to count to two. Hope this one closes. The staff clearly wouldn'tcare as it's not possible for them to care less than they already do. Read more

First off I ordered in the app. Checked in and waited 15 minutes. Went inside waited another 5 minutes. Finally got waited on to... a Grumpy employee. Took food to car to find out they didn't include the fries for the combo meal. So I went back in to betreated like it was my fault they forgot the fries and have them thrown into the bag without an Sorry we didn't include them thefirst time. Lastly when I got home and gave my son his happy meal fries were ICE cold and had to be thrown away. At least I hadthe medium fries I had to go back in for. I had a good first order a couple weeks before and that's why I chose it a second timebut it was the last time. Read more

I'll start by saying that the cleanliness of the lobby and dining room was not necessarily the best. The cashier was chewing gum... while taking my order--just a little pet peeve of mine. With that said I will say the food was served quickly and it was allvery fresh! My special order was correct. I really have no complaints other than the aforementioned and will compliment them onthe quality, temperature, and freshness of the sandwiches and french fries! Nice job. Read more

To the point: The double cheeseburger was acceptable. The fries, however, we actually cold and soggy. Yes, soggy. I imagine this... was due to sitting in their bag while those in the drive-thru were helped. The wait for the food was way too long while wewatched the staff obviously prioritize the drive-thru window. Finally, the drink was without any discernible flavor. How is thateven possible? I used to truly like this McDonald's. The changes made have improved neither the service or food. I doubt I willever return. Read more

Slow all over at different places. Every now and then I get reasonable service but you can not be guaranteed every time.... Recently I was in a McDonald's and I waited a good half hour to get service other people waiting and waiting I really think theyshould figure a way that everyone does not have to wait so long and have someone to run the counter all the time. If they havepeople to clean the parking lot and wash windows it seems like they should have less of a wait. Read more

I'm going to describe about a dozen of my recent awful experiences. I'm not insane. I don't go to McDonald's expecting great,... or even "not bad" service. But I certainly don't go to one and expect to have to wait 10-30 mins (usually you have to flagsomeone down and force them to interact with you) before someone even has the decency to even Look at you or otherwiseacknowledge your humanity. And then, once you finally have someone's attention, to have them impatiently inform you that it'sgoing to take another 20 mins for this order (in order that was originally submitted 20-40 minutes ago, on average) but theycan't tell you why. Is there a policy to wait until a delivery person is there to pick up the order before they start makingit? Are they so arrogant to think that they can whip it together that quickly? That would be fine, if they were able to do thateven 40% of the time. But no, they're arrogance is not earned. They cannot whip up orders consistently and in a timely fashionas evidenced by their terrible and consistent quality of performance. Again this did not happen to me one time, this exactthing has happened to me many times in the past few months at several local McDonald's, including this one. It would almostseem like the major problem is they focus exclusively on the drive through (which you're "not allowed" to use instead to pick upyour order) and pretend the people at the counter don't exist. And it's not just me standing there, every time I go there's atleast half a dozen other people who are standing there being completely ignored. Are they understaffed? If that's the case thenshouldn't they close the lobby and/or say in their delivery apps that they're not taking deliveries at the moment? Isn't thatwhat you're supposed to do when you're understaffed, But you still want to be open? Isn't that the responsible, respectful, reasonable thing to do? How much self-respect do these people expect their customers to have that they're going t Read more

Hands down the best McDonald?s I?ve been to. I go here every morning for breakfast and the order is always correct and the staff... is the best. Other locations tend to be slower and less quality Read more
