We were mostly happy with our visit this time. We were greeted and helped quickly and the employee was kind. Our food was done... in just a few minute's even though the store was busy both inside and out. Our order was hot, made just as we wanted and wasvery good. Our only disappointment was the number of clean tables to sit at. Many had crumbs and were dirty. Perhaps they wereshort staffed, which is entirely possible. Regardless, a quick wipe down of the tables should be priority. Read more
My family used to come to this McDonald often after we moved to this area about 20 years ago. It used to be good but nowadays it... is totally different. The managers are rude not only to customers , they don't treat their employees nice either. The price upand up all the time, the size and quality of food just get worse and worse. They always short of workers both drive through anddine in. The kiosk screen are dirty and greasy with finger prints. The crews no wearing uniform at weekdays. Floppy hair, touchand play hair while working. Some females with fake long sharp nail. The food were given wrong and they don't care and noapology at all. The entire store need to hire completely new employees, include crews, crew trainers, the most important arethose managers. Unprofessional and poor trained. Now we just go another fast food across the street. They have much better foodand customer service. Read more
Very disappointed in way dining in was run. Had to use kiosk another customer had to help me with. Thought they were going to... bring my order to my table. After not receiving it for a long time found it sitting on the counter up front waiting on me. Theysaid they called out the table number but I sure didn't hear it. Then they lock the door before I was done eating and said if Ineeded out to let them know. I let them know and they let me out. What happened to caring about the service to the customer? Read more
I rely on this location for my morning break (10 minutes) to grab a coffee and breakfast item daily. I drive a commercial... vehicle that cannot be used for a drive through order and use mobile ordering to place my order. On numerous occasions latelythe mobile order parking spaces have been closed, and the lobby locked down as well. I should be able to either use the mobileorder parking or pick up my order at the inside counter. I understand that there are staffing issues at many locations, but, this is unacceptable. Read more
The night shift crew is amazing! Even while they are slammed they are still smiling and chatting with customers happily. Its... refreshing to see a staff that can take care of business and do the job to perfection without being grouchy and rude. Myfavorite McDonald's im town by far. Read more
The people here all need a raise. Seriously! They're one of the few places with power in town at the moment thanks to that big... storm we had last night and despite the fact that lines have been wrapped around the building for hours, everyone was stillfriendly and calm. If I was working I would have been an absolute mess but they were all champs! I'm so grateful for thewonderful service, and I know everyone else who was in line tonight can agree, especially as all the hardware stores are out ofgenerators and so many people are still without power. Huge kudos to the McDonald's team for the supremely excellent service tothe community. Y'all are heroes. Read more
I am visiting here for work, this is the most disgusting McDonald's I have ever been. Can't even look at the menu since nothing... works. And they don't have any salad item. That is what I got for a quarter pounder. That is going right into a garbage can. What a waste of town!!! No quality foods in the area at all. Never coming back to this area again!! Read more
The line was long outside so we dined in. The quarter pounders or excellent. The fries were hot which I love. Then my brother... tried to use his rewards and that part is not very clear in the system how to use it and he wanted a Sunday the only thing onthere was a nice cream cone any tried to order the cone and it didn't work on his phone so he had to go up to the counter andorder it there the cone was great also Read more
