Absolutely the worst McDonald?s in town? ordered a coffee and a pumpkin pie took 25 minutes. Employees standing around can?t... seem to get organized. Bathrooms gross hadn?t been touched in at least a day because I stopped in the day prior as it is theonly place on this side of town with an open public restroom. No toilet paper and filth everywhere. Management needs to step upand get this place under control. Read more
Worse McDonald's of ALL TIME!! This is the slowest McDonald's in history and I've been to McDonald's in about 15 different... states and 1 country. I've been by myself in this drive thru for up to 10 minutes at times by myself! I went there this morningand it wasn't even open lol. It's now 6:40 am and it's still not open lol. Whoever the franchisee of this location is should beashamed and embarrassed of themselves for providing substandard service at this location for YEARS! This location is in apredominantly minority area of the city and we DESERVE and EXPECT better service, especially from a place tied to and doingbusiness under the name of a multinational multi billion dollar corporation. Pulled up to the drive through late afternoon, lady says over the speaker 'I'm sorry not taking any more orders'. Confused, I... said 'I placed an online order'. She says 'pull up first window'. I sat there watching some person in a grey hoodie sit facingaway from the window, and never talked to me. Finally I drove up to the second window, and another person confirmed my onlineorder, but said 'you haven't paid yet'. I said 'then why did they send me a confirmation code?'. I showed it to her, and she wasjust confused and tried to tell me I still haven't paid. I told her I'd been in the drive through too long and was out of time,and to cancel my order. Then drove off. Doesnt even deserve half a star. Lobby is bsolutely atrocious, messes EVERYWHERE. Manager constantly taking "breaks" instead of... helping her understaffed crew, locks lobby, then tells member to clock out for the day. Tells people in drive through thats theyare NO LONGER taking orders. Swearing at customers in lobby and drive through, swearing at her crew. 100% needs new management.Completely baffling. Read more
The fries were very hot however, there were many irredeemable factors involved in my experience tonight, none as bad as the... unsalted fries. I thought the chicken nuggets were alright, though it could have been better had they been properly preparedwith love. I will be taking my talents away from this location, because although I've merely been here one time, it was one timetoo many. Hope this review helps!! Read more
My first job was Mc Donals and I ask for a number one because like that is easy and they won?t mess up my order like always and... finally they go it right but that?s not the way a Big Mac should look. My last time I will never eat at this location again. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a JOKE. The one thing they are consistent at is being worthless. It took us 35... minutes just to get to the speaker. I waited another 10 to order. Ended up driving to another mcdonalds 10 mins away and stillgot my food quicker than what I was sitting at this location. Either hire competent workers, or close this location. Read more
I thought taco bell's service was poor, but this is a whole new level of terrible. NOT lovin' it! After sitting in curbside... for 20 minutes, my better half went inside to see what the hold up was. 8 minutes after that, she was finally noticed and givena bag with cold fries that "just come out." The bag had been siting there, in view, the while time. She requested a replacementof said fries, and was given 1/2 of the ordered amount, and had to argue for the rest of them. Now, at home, I can tell youthat even the replacement fries were not exactly fresh. I do not like giving bad reviews. I prefer to talk about the positivequalities of restaurants that I shop at. Perhaps my standards for McDonald's are too high, as I used to grab lunch at the OakBrook campus before McDonald's moved the headquarters to Chicago. I do know there, ny food was fast and fresh, and was neverdelivered with a side of lies. This experience was irredeemable. Next time we consider fast food, we will go to Arby's. Oranyplace, really. This was BAD. Edited to add: We will go out for a fast food dinner again tomorrow, elsewhere, just to washthis subpar experience out of memory. Read more
