I sat at the speaker for a bit longer than I should have. I understand tho, its stressful 95% of the time. There is a younger... lady in the window who is full of smiles and always accurate. She apologized for my wait, took my order, and then greeted mewith a smile when I got to the window. Awesome. Then the second window, ughhh grabbed my Mocha Frape from the employee and hedidnt have the lid on all the way and it dumped on my shirt. All i was offered was napkins and no straw. Maybe a new Mocha wouldhave put my review at 5 stars, but this is how Expensive Cheap Fast Food places are now, payed for an employee to give me a halfof frappe in a cup and on me. Read more
The staff at this location is usually friendly and efficient, better than most McDonald's. I just wish they had a better system... for mobile order pickups rather than waiting in the long drive-thru line, as the dining room seems to be closed 95% of the time.???? Read more
First, it?s not a good idea to have the food delivery truck there during the morning rush hour. It was blocking the drive-thru... lanes and made the wait extremely long. It took almost 20 minutes to get through the line to order. Second, once I did get myfood and bit into my Sausage Egg McMuffin, there was an egg shell in it. I instantly spit it out and lost my appetite. I spentmoney on inedible food because the cooks clearly don?t care about the customers food. Waited for over 15 minutes for mobile order. Watched 20 plus cars order and get food. Finally went inside and asked what was... taking so long. The lady turned around and walked away. The manager informed me that he doesn't use the app because it isunreliable. The fries were cold and nothing offered for our wait outside of being told it wasn't their fault. Read more

I had my son stop in this location today for me! I?ve not felt well all weekend and I wanted something quick to eat. He ordered... me a plain double cheeseburger. On the first bite, a long string of brown hair appeared. Since my hair is closely cropped andgrey and it was inside the bun, that is where it had to originate. That is such a gross and horrible feeling. I rarely eat fastfood and this reminded me why! Read more
