The 2nd time I went to this Moe?s and the last! The old blonde lady needs to control her temper! She was screaming for no reason... as I walked in! She refused to help and said she had to finish what she was doing first. I waited patiently over 10 minutesbefore someone helped me and I was the only customer there. As I ordered, she literally was screaming aggressively that I had topay extra because I requested a few toppings on the side so my take out didn?t get soggy by the time I got home! I said that?sfine and she wasn?t even the one helping me. As I was paying this old lady started in again screaming at the top of her voice,that she wasn?t going to give me the toppings, I told the cashier to just forget it. I had absolutely no problem paying. Totallyuncalled for her yelling at customers. The old lady then started screaming at the other customers that she?s busy and they arejust going to have to wait, it was just ridiculous how this old lady was being so verbally aggressive and rude with everyone!There were 3 young kids doing ALL the work! Store was gross, floor sticky, no utensils, only unwrapped straws available. Employees were decent, however extremely untrained.... 2 of our burritos were overfilled to the point the guy couldn?t close them and when we went to eat them, it quickly turned intoburrito bowls. Employees didn?t communicate so we ended up answering the same questions at least twice. Management needs to comein and do a deep clean, deep train, and some inventory/order of supplies. Read more
Went on sundays because kids eat free. Always have since I can remember when. The ppl working said we no longer do that even tho... the web site says they do. I chose to eat elsewhere with the kids the wife got carryout. We more than likely wont return afterthat visit. Read more
Went here with my girlfriend. To start off poor service although three people were working. One employee seemed like he was high... as hell, wearing a subway shirt while working at Moes? and the other had a cigarette tucked back behind her ear while serving.Overall poor service between the three of them. It was really dirty in there tonight. Despite that, I ordered carry out. There was no one in front of me nor behind me. I... watched them back my bowl. Yet I still got the wrong food. How does that happen? I am a vegetarian and there is clearly meat onit so I cannot even eat it! Waste of $15! Read more
The workers weren?t very nice, rushed, and didn?t care. The store was a mess. Chips on the floor, the free salsa bar needed... wiped down and plenty more. We watched one of the workers mess with her hair then go and cut someone?s Crunchwrap right afterwith no gloves. The food looked really dried out and now after reading reviews I am really scared to eat it. For our $20+ mealI?d like to eat fresh, properly made food. Delicious, but very slow. I visited at lunch time today and waited 15 minutes from the time my burrito bowl was built until I... was able to check out and leave. There were only 3 people ahead of me in line (so it wasn't due to a huge number of peoplewaiting), and they also waited an exorbitant amount of time to be able to pay and get their food after it was made. Hadn't been there in years. The menu is much easier to navigate, but it's not nearly as entertaining. They were out of forks!... Apparently they had been out since the previous evening. Seems like something easy to fix?! Read more
