Our server was extremely nice and had a positive attitude. Put a smile on everyone's face at our table. The food was very good.... I had the cod dinner with cole slaw and veggies. The cod was delicious, had some greese, as is expected! The creamy Coleslawwas just how I like it and a nice portion came out right away in it's own bowl. The veggies weren't hot, but they were ok toeat. Took leftovers home! The prices were reasonable. Will definitely go back again! Keep up the good work Nine Mile...you areappreciated! Read more
We went over on a Thursday, had not been there for YEARS, but have been hearing good things about it. We had a party of 4... EVERYTHING was wonderful. From the appetizers, to the meals. I had the chicken veg Alfredo and spinach salad and onion ringappetizer. Others had ribs, steak, gizzard, ect..everyone was very pleased. I've been here a few times with my friend, who likes this place for the lake perch. Every time I have had dinner here, my... experience has been hot-and-cold. (Some dishes are really tasty. Some are just bad). Tonight was no exception. I'm thinkingabout renaming it "Mediocre Mile." Tonight I had the prime rib dinner with creamy potato soup as a starter. I'm a big potatosoup fan, but not a fan of this one. There were large chunks of potato in it that looked promising, but they were tasteless andtoo soft. I wish I'd opted for the corn chowder. The Caesar Salad was tasty, as were the Buffalo Chips (potatoes cut intomedallions, fried, and seasoned with a not-so-spicy seasoning). The prime rib itself was actually awful. Very mushy. How is iteven possible to ruin such a naturally delicious cut of beef??? The peach praline pie I had for dessert was good. Our serverwas kind and very attentive, especially for how busy the place was. My friend and I would be back more often if all the disheswere the same quality as the tasty ones. Read more
Visited this lovely place for the first time over the weekend. Enjoyed some of the best onion rings I have ever had, a... delicious coconut cream pie and great service. I had a sandwich with steak and fixin's, but cannot remember the name. Ourwaiter was a young man named Nelson and he was a very attentive and fun. Great food and nice people! They offer sandwiches, burgers, salads, appetizers, steak, prime rib, bbq ribs, seafood, fresh... water fish, pizza, kids menu, desserts and beer & pepsi products plus other items and daily specials. We?ll definitely be back! $$ Read more
We finally stopped in to try after reading all the great reviews. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They actually come... back and check on you. Not sure why everyone raves about the portion sizes tho. The menu even says the perch is piled high, buyyou get only 4 pieces. The prime rib was good and cooked how he wanted it, but again, a very small cut of meat. The potato soupwas good, but barely warm. 4 stars for the staff. Not sure if we'll ever pick to go back here, but its decent enough to try foryourself. Read more
Have been by there numerous times, but parking lot was always full. I made it a point to get there when they opened today and... glad I did. They filled up fast! The service is top notch. Everyone working together to make sure everyone was being taken careof. Erin was our main server and she was very kind, caring and upbeat. My daughter was excited to see they offered pizza andordered accordingly. She took one bite and said, "This is the best pizza in the universe." I had their 3 piece cod with friesand cole slaw. The spinach salad was delicious! The onion rings were clearly homemade and pretty tasty. The potato soup was good, but a bit... thick. The burgers were just okay. They were a bit dry, overcooked, but a decent size. We will be back to try the fish, wings,and Mexican food. Read more
