Waitress wad rude. Spilled our soup. We never got our appetizer. We never got our lemonade refills. We waited 30 minutes for... our water fefill. She sent our soup back when it came out. She took our salad tongs and left us with nothing but forks to dishthe salad. When we told her we no longer wanted our appetizer, she brought out the bill and said, " Give me your form of payment." She never asked us if it was all together. So we asked her to spilt the bill onto 2 and she split it into 4 bills. She neverasked if we wanted to go boxes or anything. Read more

Me and my family of five came there 11/9 and I wasn't very happy to being with we was seated then asked us to move. Which was... rude. Then the person waiting on us was very rude, ignored us and was always in like a hurry didn't smile or nothing. I got theAlfredo and most time I love it but this time it was so bland that tasted as if they just popped it in the mircwave. It wasn'tgood at all, and the salad wasn't right either bread sticks were so hard couldn't even bite them. we all left very unhappy andafterwards my stomach hurt rest of the night. Something wasn't right about the food and waitress really needs to understandcustomer service. Im giving one star cause this was very bad. It WAS My favorite place but not now!!!! Very pleasant experience all around. We were willing to wait the approximate one hour and twenty minutes to be seated and that... turned into just about thirty minutes. Awesome. I am one of the pickiest eaters on the planet. My wife had been given an Olive Garden gift card so we decided to go. Not going... to lie, I was nervous that I wasn’t going to like anything on the menu. When we got there the staff was extremely friendly andprofessional. The restaurant itself is very nice, decorated, and well-maintained. My wife ordered a mixed drink and sheabsolutely loved it. The salads are very fresh! The spaghetti and meatballs are incredible, and that is coming from a pickyeater! My wife had the shrimp and loved it. Now… the holy grail of all foods… BREADSTICKS. Out of this world! Truly some ofthe best breadsticks that I have ever had. Altogether, it is a great dining experience! Read more
