Just ordered a family meal for delivery and spent $60. It was just left outside on the porch...no knock to alert us or anything.... That's ok. We were missing one of the entrees (orange chicken) No big deal, right? I call them to see if I can just run overthere and get it (I didn't expect them to re-deliver, I totally understand that). They said they needed the receipt. I told herthat there was no receipt in the bag or in the box, but I have the one in my phone. She told me that "it's impossible" and thatthey "ALWAYS put it in the bag". Well, obviously someone didn't put it in the bag. She took my phone number and says she'd callme back "later", after she looks at the video tape. I said, "Wait, LATER?! We're trying to eat!" They still haven't called meback and now they're closed. One time around a month ago we came here 7:30; kitchen was closed even though closing time was 8:00. Fast forward to today:... Honey walnut shrimp: none. Everything else was also lacking and we had to wait 3 minutes for orange chicken. The rice wasreminiscent of school lunch rice; flavorless and large grain. Terrible experience yet again. Previous visit took well over 30 minutes to prepare and get to me. The employee working at the... time even acknowledged the long wait time and gave me 2 free entree coupons as compensation. Today I went to try and redeem saidcoupons only to have senior employee working act as if I had stolen the coupons and would only let me use one because theexpiration date (which I saw crossed out by the employee who gave it to me) wasn't valid. Seems this location has really gonedown hill. I suggest visiting a standalone restaurant if you really want it. I definitely won't be returning here again. Read more

Great place to stop and get some good orange chicken! I've been to many Panda Express' in the past few years and this one lives... up to all my expectations plus some. The workers were gery nice and helpful and even complimented me on what I was wearing.10/10 would come again. Read more
Ordered a catering for my workplace, absolutely wonderful experience. Food was amazing and service was above and beyond. General... Manager exhibited top tier customer service, even when our requests were a bit difficult to accomplish in a short amount oftime.
