As soon as you go in you can see all the yummy food! You are greeted and they have several selections and keep the food... containers full. We had enough to eat more at home for supper. It was a fresh and clean dining area. I will definitely go back Read more
Terrible experience last night. I ordered my food and they gave it to someone else. I had to wait for them to do it again and... they gave me chow mien instead of white rice. By the time they got to me to redo my order 5 people behind me were ahead of me. Then they ran out of my order so I had to wait until they made more. It took over 20 minutes! No one ever said they were sorryor tried to make it right. I eat here every couple of weeks and have always liked it but, this was an awful experience!! Typically the experience is good, today was not that. Starts at drive thru when your stuff try talking you out of something... because you will have to wait, I don?t mind waiting. I waited for the entree I wanted but the other 3 plates that were waitingmust of been premade and close to the shelf life . Orange chicken was cold and tasted like cardboard. Food was cold, dry and overdone. No napkins asked for some was totaled they didn't have any, no toilet paper. Tables were dirty,... trash was overflowing and had no more room to put our trash. Employees are taking a break in the dining room. Rugs on the seatin the booth. This was at 7:00 pm. Employees didn't seem to care about the appearance of the dining room at all. Went here to pick up lunch while I was out running errands. The outside of the building is nice, and the drive through isn't... organized chaotically. The person working the window was friendly and helpful. I got orange chicken with chow mein as a side.The total was at $10.00.
