Terrible experience last night. I ordered my food and they gave it to someone else. I had to wait for them to do it again and... they gave me chow mien instead of white rice. By the time they got to me to redo my order 5 people behind me were ahead of me. Then they ran out of my order so I had to wait until they made more. It took over 20 minutes! No one ever said they were sorryor tried to make it right. I eat here every couple of weeks and have always liked it but, this was an awful experience!! Typically the experience is good, today was not that. Starts at drive thru when your stuff try talking you out of something... because you will have to wait, I don?t mind waiting. I waited for the entree I wanted but the other 3 plates that were waitingmust of been premade and close to the shelf life . Orange chicken was cold and tasted like cardboard. Food was cold, dry and overdone. No napkins asked for some was totaled they didn't have any, no toilet paper. Tables were dirty,... trash was overflowing and had no more room to put our trash. Employees are taking a break in the dining room. Rugs on the seatin the booth. This was at 7:00 pm. Employees didn't seem to care about the appearance of the dining room at all. Food was wonderful. Had our orders correct and was pretty prompt. The steak was a bit salty and I would take the chicken over... it, but nonetheless I enjoyed my food and because of the reasonable prices,I will be back! Read more
Long line as usual which isn?t a huge deal, they are out of several of their menu items, also used to that not a big deal, grab... the food, and they are notorious for forgetting the sauce that comes with the food so, gently reminded them. They assure methere will be, and it?s about to storm so I rush home. Lo and behold, open my food no sauce. A little frustrated at this point Icall to talk it out with the staff, and promptly get laughed off the phone. If I wasn?t willing to drive back out through thestorm then they weren?t willing to offer me maybe a free meal, entree, for my next visit or even an apology. Needless to sayafter hanging up the phone after being mocked for making a fuss over ?just sauce, no? Went here to pick up lunch while I was out running errands. The outside of the building is nice, and the drive through isn't... organized chaotically. The person working the window was friendly and helpful. I got orange chicken with chow mein as a side.The total was at $10.00. The chicken was good and hot, the chow mein wasn't as good as I had remembered, it was a touch dry,but still good. Read more
