Tried to order a medaterrian sandwich but was out of several items. Didn't have the soup we tried to order. No chips. Ordered... Baja bowl. Didn't fill half the bowl. Young man running the register was polite and friendly however the manager was not and letthe line pile up. Very disappointed. Read more
Always clean, food tastes fresh but a bit overpriced. I would eat here more often if there were more value options on the menu.... A couple of the employees are outgoing and friendly, much appreciated, would be nice if they all carried that attitude. Read more
We stopped for lunch on the way back to Michigan from an awesome church summit! Lunch was absolutely wonderful! I had cheddar... and broccoli soup with a baggett. It was very good. I love Panera Bread! I have never been disappointed with the cleanliness ofthe restaurant or the quality of food which I have experienced no matter what city or state I was in.?? Read more
I gave 5 stars because I pulled into this establishment with a bus full of hungry stomachs and the staff was able to accommodate... everyone without a single hiccup and in a timely manner! This was the dirtiest Panera I've ever been too. Stopped in less than an hour after opening. Dining room filthy, rest rooms... worse than any public restroom I've been into, the doors had more fingerprints and smudges than customers within the firsthour. Don't look up as the vents and air returns all have enough dust gathered to drop some extra toppings on your meal. Thenthe customers were priveledged to hear the girl behind the counter go on and on about her mental health not being good and thatshe shouldn't be at work. Read more
Warm bowl are gross. Bagels good but ordered my 1 bagel paid then out of the back the manager said there was a call in and... ordered all the bagels gave my money back. Wth. Cost 36 for 2 warm bowls a side of Mac and cheese and a brownie. Read more
Great service, a beautiful environment, perfect location. You will not be disappointed, a tad on the pricey side but nothing too... bad. You can easily spend this much at your average fast food joint. I got a steak and Arugula sandwich and a cup of broccoliand cheddar soup. Delicious and the perfect amount of food! Read more
Kitchen is a mess can?t seem to get an order right! This is the second time I went to this location and they got it wrong. My... salad was wrong and they made me a completely different salad and then I said it was wrong again and the lady got very upsetwith me and I just left because I didn?t want to make the situation worse.
