Stopped to get some dinner after work. Their seasonal soup was turkey chili, I ordered a cup of that and a cup of thr broccoli... cheddar. Total was a little over $10 I believe. Came with a piece of bread that was delicious. Both soups were hot and tastedgreat. Drive through was a bit of a pain and the road there isn't in the best shape, bur other than that, good place to grabsome soup or a sandwich to go. Read more
Okay service. Spent $11.79 on a bowl of teriyaki bowl and barely got any chicken broccoli or rice in my bowl. This was a waste... of money. The mac cheese was sludge (see photo). The food was honestly absolutely foul. It tasted fine but for the serving sizewas not enough for the money, especially compared to the other paneras. Read more
Food quality was great! Staff was very nice and welcoming. They were a bit understaffed for the rush that they received on a... Sunday morning before a very large wrestling tournament at the Coliseum next door, but they handled it very well. We will stopin again! Read more
Used the drive thru and received great service. But when I opened the whole Green Goddess Salad almost the whole avocado was... brown and black (see pics) and inedible. Not sure why an employee would think it's OK to put in the salad OR why anotheremployee stacking the clear plastic bowl in the bag would be willing to give it to a customer. Overall...this is a decentlocation. Just disappointed this time. Read more
Understandably, one would leave a review only in the off-chance (I hope) of order-gone-bad, but to frustrated not to... share. Ordered coffee/beverages for an important work meeting to be delivered by 12:15. The order never arrived. I kept checkingmy phone for any notification. Only to find out once the meeting had ended, that the order was left in a hallway in thebuilding. I can understand if it was hard to find the meeting room, but why require a phone number for the order if you are notto use it to call? Not only is this bad Panera service, but it reflects badly on the event host. THAT I cannot afford. Word tothe Wise: Think twice or have a contingency plan if ordering Catering from this Panera! Coffee was good but this location is not maintained well. Water all over mens room floor, looks like leaking from base of... commode, cant go in there without getting your pants wet which isn't a great start to the day. Two employees had just walked outof there so must not be a big deal. Counter where you prepare your drinks had sugar all over it and was dirty but cashier isjust standing at register looking around like she has nothing to do. Stains from leaking garbage can all over the ground rightby main entrance. They definitely don't take pride in this location. There's usually a line to get food. They used to have electronic kiosk but they are broken but 1. I prefer to order on my own... device. Sip club gets me. The food isn't bad.
