Would give 0 stars if I could! Ordered online and was told 15 minutes for carryout went to go pick it up at the scheduled time... and was told they were being put in the oven half hour goes by and they didn?t put cheese on my pizza? it was only supposed tohave cheese. While waiting I was later told by another guest that this is how it always is at this location. I ended up waitingfor an hour just for 2 medium cheese pizzas and a cheese stick to get home and find that none of my order was cut will NOT beordering from here again! Read more
Our pizza again tonight had very little ingredients on it and they were just thrown in the middle of pizza. We love your crust... and sauce but this is third time we have gotten one your pizza that have been this way I owned two franchise pizza places in St.Louis mo so I know how a pizza is made. Got large pepperoni pizza, bread sticks and 8 plain wings, 2liter dew,my son and i both got sick,the pizza sauce tasted... funky,all for 50.00 bucks!!!!!! Will never eat there again. Used to get carryout,told me 20 min,i gave them 25 min and stillwaited 25 min to get order! When you call in order cant understand person taking order,heavy accent??? I called their number I had to wait on hold for 15 minutes for some call center out of India to pick up for me to place an order... and after everything I said they try to upsell me to something else I just was trying to get a medium pizza at the end of myorder my two topping medium pizza quote was $15 with a mandatory tip which I?ve never heard of a mandatory tip for a over thephone carry out order in my life. So I hung up and instead walked into the store I ordered the same medium two topping pizza andit came to $14 which I thought was still way too much for a medium pizza so I looked on the website and the price for a largetwo topping pizza was nine dollars so I told them to make it a large which made it five dollars cheaper. Tell me how that makessense five dollars less for a large compared to a medium, six dollars cheaper because I did not take the bait for the mandatorytip to the Indian call-center. This location give the franchise a bad name. Their pizza isn?t made using fresh ingredients. I received a pizza that looked like... it was thin crust and you couldn?t even chew it, it was hard. So I called to make sure they got the right order, I was told itwas correct but the dough wasn?t fresh and was a few days old as they were giving instructions to not throw old dough away n useit. Happened multiple times and their staff has attitude. Taking my business elsewhere. Where you get what you pay for and youget decent service. No wonder you have a 3 star rating. Read more

Placed order online at 6:30PM. Waited 2 hours!!! Arrived for pickup, pizza sitting on wire rack. For how long who knows. No one... at the counter. Employees standing around folding boxes.
