The taste and presentation of this pizza is best described as disrespectful. The dough must have been previously frozen, and... pre-shaped prior to being used that night The dough was flat, deflated, and dry. Ingredients were scarcely used ?as if someonewho resented me was forced to prepare this pizza. I don?t expect an above average experience whenever I order out, but Idefinitely don?t expect a lack luster and unacceptable serving of food that one would not serve their family, less thancustomers. This order was placed for pickup, Extra large 3-topping. My Papa John app I used and from the time of placing theorder, the app showed that it was prepared and ready in 5 minutes. Neither a first time or returning customer should ever bethis discussed that a fellow human being opened a franchise to make food for another person and find it acceptable to offer thisworse than a $5 frozen pizza experience, at a pizza specialty restaurant.
