We use to enjoy Penn Station Food...However, the last several times we had it, the orders were messed up. We have had missed... sandwiches, sandwiches made wrong, hot sandwiches never cooked, etc. We keep giving another chance. This time, my husband pickedup our order, as she was ringing up the order my husband said he forgot to give her the coupon. The girl on the register said"its already rung up" and did not offer to delete and add the coupon. I KNOW it is easy to delete and start over. But when hepicked up the order, he asked if both sandwiches were cooked, she had an attitude like he was crazy. Then he asked if the onesandwich had no onions & peppers. She again acted like he was crazy and had the attitude. So we get home and the buns could havebeen soaked in water they were so soggy, but our medium fry which is normally overflowing was one small cup filled barelyhalfway. So we could not use our coupon, got screwed out of most of a fry and had soggy sandwiches all served with an attitude. To top it all off, there was only one customer waiting on his food. No one would take our order until the customer before himhad his food. We live only five minutes away...it took 45 minutes to get our food and back home. We are done! Read more

This place used to be a pleasant dining destination. Now it is just plain dirty. The filthy atmosphere ruins the whole dining... experience and the enjoyment of the food provided. Very sad. Read more
Terrible service, just honestly the worst. I made an online order and came to pick it up. When I got here I was told by a crying... "manager" that they were closed and not taking orders. They already charged my credit card, but refused to make my food and saidI would get a refund. But I still haven't days later. They closed at 12:22 when the sign says open til 10PM...
