We use to enjoy Penn Station Food...However, the last several times we had it, the orders were messed up. We have had missed... sandwiches, sandwiches made wrong, hot sandwiches never cooked, etc. We keep giving another chance. This time, my husband pickedup our order, as she was ringing up the order my husband said he forgot to give her the coupon. The girl on the register said"its already rung up" and did not offer to delete and add the coupon. I KNOW it is easy to delete and start over. But when hepicked up the order, he asked if both sandwiches were cooked, she had an attitude like he was crazy. Then he asked if the onesandwich had no onions & peppers. She again acted like he was crazy and had the attitude. So we get home and the buns could havebeen soaked in water they were so soggy, but our medium fry which is normally overflowing was one small cup filled barelyhalfway. So we could not use our coupon, got screwed out of most of a fry and had soggy sandwiches all served with an attitude. To top it all off, there was only one customer waiting on his food. No one would take our order until the customer before himhad his food. We live only five minutes away...it took 45 minutes to get our food and back home. We are done! Read more

This place used to be a pleasant dining destination. Now it is just plain dirty. The filthy atmosphere ruins the whole dining... experience and the enjoyment of the food provided. Very sad. Read more

Terrible service, just honestly the worst. I made an online order and came to pick it up. When I got here I was told by a crying... "manager" that they were closed and not taking orders. They already charged my credit card, but refused to make my food and saidI would get a refund. But I still haven't days later. They closed at 12:22 when the sign says open til 10PM... Will not be returning, 2-9-2022 around 6 pm lady standing at register doing nothing slammed her clipboard down all because I... asked for a lemonade after paying. Also large fry was just a bunch of little pieces (some burnt)fry scraps from other orders I?mguessing. I?m fine with going to DuPont location for better quality of food and service. Read more

I am still in shock at my experience today. I am very understanding and patient when it comes to order delays because I... understand most restaurants are understaffed at current time. However, I saw at least 6 employees tonight and our food took overan hour on dine in and we didn?t even get the full order! The cashier was scrolling social media while she checked us out? toobusy scrolling to even give us our drink cups so we got them ourselves after we brought it up to her and she didn?t attempt toget them for us after we prompted her? rude but can overlook. Part of our order came out after about 30 minutes.. that food iseaten and my sandwich still hasn?t come out. We inquire- told it?s been sitting behind the counter forever. Great. Wait about 20minutes after that and the rest of the order never comes. Employees were messing around instead of making food and the managerwas cussing out an employee during most of our meal. My ten year old learned some new words today, so thanks for that. Sheacknowledged the altercation in a very strange way at one point so she clearly understood we could hear. We finally had enoughof it all and asked for a coupon or refund because we were tired of waiting for the rest of our order. We were givenadvertisements to get a free sub for signing up for the email club.. really?! When we brought this up, They hand wrote free subon them and I?m guessing these makeshift coupons won?t be honored if we ever return. If the staff acknowledged the delay,apologized, and were working hard to fulfill orders I would not be writing this review but I have never witnessed such completeunprofessionalism in front of 10-15 customers in my life. Unfortunately I think that a bad manager or two at this location issetting a bad example for the others that work there based on the behaviors witnessed. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Went in with a coupon for buy one sub get a small sub free. I messed up ordering and ordered... 2 regulars without tomato or honey mustard so when I went to pay for it they said I couldn't use the coupon. When I asked if itwas too late to change it, one white girl(didn't catch her name) gave me attitude about it and called the manager. I was goingto pay for it either way, if they fixed it or not. The manager said it was fine and range it up so I would get the two regularsfor the price of the coupon and I thanked him. Well, after he did that he went and talked to the guy who range me up. Afterwaiting almost 15 mins as people behind me got their food, they finally gave me mine. I get home and they REMADE the food for meto get a regular and a small and did not do the modifications that I asked for. So I have one good sandwich and another that Ican not eat. Will not be returning. It's one thing to say it's okay to the customer but to lie to them and then make thesandwich wrong is beyond terrible customer service. I would not have mind about the size difference, I can't have honeymustard or tomatoes. Read more
