Enjoy coming to this establishment, but today for reasons unknown Manager asked everyone in restaurant how were they ,if they... needed anything ????but she never approached our table...... we were only Black Family in Restaurant at this time !!!! Thisisn't the first time Amanda has been unfriendly an/or rude to us! Please speak to her before we decide to go elsewhere, Petra isthe most nicest waitress we've ever had! Read more
I had not been in Pizza Hut since our neighbor store closed and became a drive thur only. I had a dinner meeting here, was very... disappointed. No long was pasta dishes like we used to get, I order a pizza was not like I was used to. 8 of us at meeting 1had dessert only, 1 water only- I wish I had done that. Her & hubby went to a different restaurant for dinner. Verydisappointing. Read more

We celebrated a couple kids birthdays with some friends. My husband and I ordered off the menu, and had a great pizza with light... cheese, and everyone else enjoyed the pizza buffet and salad bar. The waitress was so nice and great with the kids. Sorry thekids were a little loud!! Read more

Our server (hayden) being only 3 weeks in has been absolutely amazing, super kind and super friendly making sure to cover any... and all needs our party of 9 had (4 adults 5 kids under the age of 9). If you're in the area and want great friends service comesee Hayden! Read more

Friendly and conscious staff! Salad bar remained stocked and fresh! Very clean, nice atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

Usally great quality food. The server was very friendly. She did a good job for our big party. The buffet was good. They kept it... stocked up and fresh. The salad bar was clean and stocked as well. I love the reach they have here. I have heard that it is madein house. Great experience! Read more

Had dinner at the Pine Valley store, dinner was great, salad fresh. Server Joanne was pleasant and very attentive. The only... thing keeping me from giving 5 Stars is the carry out portion of my order was wrong. I ordered the Meaty Marinara Pasta withcheesy garlic bread. When I arrived home which is in the Georgetown area I found that the meal I was given was the ChickenAlfredo Pasta, which my Aunt who is home bound will not eat. I called the restaurant and spoke to the waitress, was placed onhold and no one came back on the line. I assume the call was lost, not hung up on. It took almost 7 minutes to get 1st callthrough, too frustrated to try again. Read more
