Ordered the box and got about 20 minutes later. It was very hot and smelled great... BUT when I got home and opened the pizza,... it had 3 pepperoni on most slices and the edges had very little toppings. I've been at the Lima road locale for years and thisis NOT acceptable. Last week I ordered wings with sweet chili. 5 of the 8 had specks of sauce on them. The other 3 were naked. Today I ordered 4... pizzas. Supreme, meat lovers, buffalo chicken and pepperoni lovers. Buffalo chicken had minimal chicken and you couldn't tellthere was buffalo sauce on it. Pepperoni lovers, you could see a lot more cheese than pepperoni. Very disappointed and won't begoing back. We placed and order and 7:20pm and at 8:20, the order had not arrived. My wife called to check on the order and was told that... they had called the number on the order and the person that answered told them they did not order pizza. She never received acall. They obviously called another number. I?m still trying to figure out the need to call the number on the order. They havenever done that before. Our order was cancelled and we were told to place our order again online. Not they way you extend greatcustomer service. Read more
Never seen such poor customer service waited five minutes before any one asked if i had been help called my order in at 7:30 she... said there they had to make another one and it would take ten minutes so i waited and waited for one hour before i seen anyonethis was at 8:30 when i asked when will my order be ready my order was given to someone else i will never go to any pizza hutagain!! Super quick and easy! Order online and pick it up; I?ve never waited more than a minute to get my food. Really friendly as well!
The only part of our order that wasn?t messed up. Ordered two ham and cheese wings and cheese bread. Wings come out within... 10min, didn?t get sandwiches until 30min later then they were both cold, one sandwich made completely wrong. Had to wait anadditional 20 min until we ate in front of our son. We won?t be back- stay away from Pine Valley Pizza Hut it?s just not worththe wait. Read more
