They were swamped with customers and it seemed 2 employees running the place, I suspect lack of employees. Lines in drive thru... were long but the guy taking orders and giving customers there food had a smile n positive attitude. GREAT JOB Read more

On the record, I hate the car corrals that keep you in line after you've ordered your food. We waited over 20 minutes for 2... value meals because the first car had some sort of issue. Not sure what their problem was, but it took 15 minutes to resolve it.I NEVER would have waited that long, especially with a crying baby, and especially not between 8 and 9 pm, but we weretrapped. Oh, and after waiting that long? The meals weren't yet made, and still weren't made correctly (we asked for no cheese),the fries were cold and the Cokes were flat. Maybe there weren't enough employees, or maybe these particular employees have nomotivation to impress. I'm really disappointed in the quality. No one does food the way Rally's does, but maybe that's a goodthing. Read more
I typically love Rally?s. Their fries are the best! The last couple of times we have went it?s taken 30 minutes to order and get... our food and we are only 1 of 2 vehicles in the drive thru. I got a chicken sandwich and halfway through eating it, I got a bitethat tasted like freezer. I stopped eating immediately as I?m 18 weeks pregnant. About an hour later I was throwing up andcouldn?t get off the toilet. I was bed ridden for 3 days after this and only felt better after taking Dramamine. Will not bereturning here. Read more
What a nightmare trying to order. Almost 2pm with a new guy working that doesn't understand anything. All I wanted was y... sandwich and a hamburger patty on the side for my service dog. I refused to order anything after 6 attempts. Got stuck in thedrive thru waiting to leave. Nightmare. Read more
Is this location permanently closed? The past three times I have tried to go here no one ever comes to the drive through... speaker. I've come all three times after 11:00 AM. Cars in front of me. No one is helped. When you drive past the window it'sdark although there is a car parked outside. I can understand a worker shortage. But if that is the case at least put a sign up! Read more
Spent over $60 here ordered off the app and they still couldn't get the burgers right.. gave them 15 extra minutes from the time... promise time before I arrived and I still had to wait for them to make my food. Read more
