We went here for my birthday and reserved a hot pot meal and it was a really great time! I've only been here for sushi before,... but I read someone else's review of the hot pot and I've been wanting to try. They're the only restaurant in Fort Wayne whooffer it. It was fun and really delicious. Our waitress was lovely and very attentive, I loved my drink, and the dessert was sogood! Taro bread pudding with ice cream. We had people in our party with diet restrictions and they were able to order differentitems off the menu that suited their needs since they have a nice selection. I wish this place received more attention because Ialways enjoy my time here. The servers are always kind. Once we ordered sake and our server accidentally spilled it and gave usa new one. It's a very inviting atmosphere. Read more

Food was rich and flavorful. It is high end, so many items are expensive, but there are cheaper items on the menu too. Sushi was... fresh, and the bento box gave a wonderful sampling of Chicken Teriyaki / sushi / spring roll / Crab Rangoon. Noodles wereexcellent as well. Nice ambiance and attentive wait staff 4.8/5 stars Read more

An awesome lunch experience. It was my first time eating at this restaurant and I was impressed. We got there a bit early for... lunch, around 11:40 and they seemed somewhat unprepared at that moment, but after waiting a few minutes to be seated, everythingelse was fantastic. I had the shrimp bento box, which included the clear soup, which was an excellent choice. The server wasoutstanding and couldn't have been better. We will be back. Read more

I highly recommend making a reservation for theit hot pot ($40/person; 2 minimum). Great variety of seafood and veggies, meat,... noodles, dips, and two fantastic broths. The taro bread pudding was a perfect end to a great meal. The chef is extremelytalented and friendly, checking in often to make sure everyone was good. Read more

This spot has been on our list for a few months now so we made reservations for hot pot to celebrate a birthday. The Hot Pot... experience did not disappoint. Saisaki has only been open less than a year and it exceeded our expectations. We ordered Hot Potfor 2 which was easily enough food for 4 people. Sashimi was our appetizer and the fish was so fresh. The ginger condiment wassome of the best we?ve had. We also selected 3 speciality rolls and it came in a sushi boat. Top notch presentation. One bite ofthe sushi and this is now our new favorite sushi spot in town hands down! For dessert, we tried the taro cake with ube (purpleyam) ice cream and the coconut cheesecake. Service was impeccable. The owner Nora came over to chat while we were savoringdesserts to make sure everything was okay. We had no complaints, only rave reviews. Nora mentioned Saisaki?s lunch specials.Nora?s husband is the sushi chef. They have an in house pastry chef. We look forward to returning and trying other items on themenu. Park in the parking garage, apparently after 6pm it?s free. If you live nearby, visiting or staying in a downtown hotel werecommend walking to the restaurant or take an Uber. Give this spot a try, even if you?re not a sushi or seafood fan there issomething for everyone on the menu. Support this mom and pop restaurant, your tastebuds will thank you later. Read more
