Food horrible!!!!! Was my favorite! Not anymore Food had no flavor even after I put on salt and pepper. You would think 2 meals... at 25 00 for both would be great. What a big let down!! Read more
Was treated very rudely by 3 employees. Kept looking at me but refused to wait on me.
The food is great but the staff is horribly slow and inefficient. If you try to eat there at the mall you'll be standing in line... for an absurdly long time. If you try to order online for delivery or pickup you never can because they're always "temporarilyclosed" on all the delivery platforms. Hopefully the owner can solve his staffing problem because I would eat here a lot moreoften if the wait wasn't so long and I imagine a lot of other people would, too. And of course that'd mean more profit for themso here's hoping it improves in the future. Read more
A 2 star just because the food is good , but the workers are a joke. They will literally have u standing there waiting for your... food while they talk and laugh and flip the burnt chicken like a thousand times when it?s literally ready, but barely do theyknow that sometimes people are in a 30 Min break and waist our time to be petty. I went to the Mall over the weekend with my family to purchase a birthday gift for my daughter. After we walked around the Mall,... we stopped at the food court to get some lunch. I saw Sarku Japan and wanted to try them out. We approached Sarku. I walkedover to the counter to order. A young man came to take my order. He came out with an attitude. He quickly asked for my order. I told him what I wanted, and he promptly rang me up at the register. I paid for my food and moved away from the counter. Amoment later, I realized they messed up with my orders and put fried rice, but I wanted steamed rice. I approached the counteragain and kindly asked this young lady if she could please replace the fried rice from my steamed rice orders. With anattitude, she rolled her eyes and returned the fried rice. My order was complete. The guy that prep the food placed the foodon the counter and told me they were ready. He made me close my plate where he did to other customers. My entire experience atthe place was disappointing. I strongly recommend the owner to get these guys to work on their customer service skills. Idon't usually get upset, but this is not necessary. Sarku Japan will not be on my list of choices when I come back to GlenbrookMall again. Read more
My son got the beef teriyaki and noodles. Other than the girl taking his order everything was smooth. She seemed like we were... disturbing her and she just wanted to get rid of us. We told her he wanted a coke to drink and then she looked at us and pointedat the sprite and said what kind!?! But the food is good and makes up for her lack of hospitality. Read more
Went the just before 7.30pm on a Friday evening and they said are closed when it says online they close at 8pm. Asked for reason... why they closed early and there was no response. Waste of my time. Read more
